a day on the mountain or enjoy a family meal together at the dining table with

seating for 10. The fully equipped kitchen has all the appliances, cookware,

and essentials you need to prepare everything from a quick breakfast before

hitting the slopes to dinner for the entire group. One of the highlights of

the home is the private outdoor hot tub with gorgeous mountain views. Whether

you're soaking tired muscles after a day of skiing or relaxing beneath the

mountain sky after a summer hike, it’s the perfect way to end the day. The

home offers a great bedroom configuration for multiple families. The primary

suite features a Queen bed and private en-suite bathroom with a double vanity,

soaking tub, and separate walk-in shower. The second bedroom also offers a

shower. The third and fourth bedrooms each feature a Queen bed and share an

updated bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower. Upstairs, the

spacious loft makes an ideal retreat for kids or traveling singles, offering

six Twin sleeping spaces, a Twin-over-Twin bunk bed plus two additional Twin

beds, each with a Twin trundle underneath. A fourth bathroom with a walk-in

shower is conveniently located at the bottom of the loft stairs. The location

is hard to beat. During winter, you’re steps from the slopes near Eagle Lodge,

making mornings on the mountain easy. In the warmer months, enjoy convenient

access to Mammoth’s hiking, biking, golf and endless outdoor recreation.

Mammoth's premier fitness and recreation facility featuring an indoor heated

private one-car garage plus two additional outdoor driveway spaces. Two
