Tucked away in a small residential cul-de-sac is this cosy ground-floor apartment high above the picturesque harbour at Mevagissey. Decorated and furnished to a high standard, this lovely cottage offers modern open-plan living and a bathroom and bedroom looking out onto a pretty garden and sitting area. Visitors can enjoy a stroll down to the harbour, just minutes away, or take a ferry over to Fowey. This is an excellent base for those looking to explore this diverse and fascinating region.
Amenities: Electric storage heating. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, DVD, CD, WiFi (55 MB'S). All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot available on request. Off road parking for 1 car. Garden area with patio, flowerbeds and furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Please note this property only accepts dogs. Sorry, no smoking.
