Fairly plain apartment but comfortable. Roomy living room. Decent bathroom. Big bedroom with bed a bit squeezed in at one end. Excellent fridge. Heat that worked! Plenty of free street parking right outside the door, in early April. Apartment is over a restaurant/bar but we heard very little commotion.
The stairway up is both steep and narrow. The only coffee maker was a thimble-size Moka that fell off the back of a dump truck. The host was a young man, Peppe, in a hurry to get back to his friends. Park across the street can be busy and a little annoying, but not horrible.

Eine geräumige sehr individuelle Wohnung mit einem Balkon für zwei, Blick aufs Meer (Sonnenaufgang) und das einheimische Leben. Zentrale Lage nahe der Hauptstadt Palermo, welche bequem vom fußläufig erreichbaren Bahnhof mit dem Zug erreichbar ist. Unser Gastgeber empfing uns persönlich, wies uns in die Wohnung ein und half beim Gepäck hoch tragen. Bei einer Frage zwischendurch war er sofort erreichbar.
Es ist schon ein Glücksfall, so eine Wohnung zu finden. Andere Gäste haben es schon beschrieben, in Kauf zu nehmen sind eine wirklich enge und steile Treppe und Geräusche der Wassrrpumpe. Statt eines Garderobenständers hätten wir uns einen kleinen Schrank gewünscht.

Sehr nette Wohnung mit schmaler Treppe in den 1. Stock. Schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet (Deckenmalerei). Küche gut ausgestattet.
Die Wasserpumpen der Wohnungen sind zum Teil sehr laut und laufen lang - nachts vor allem.
