Location is great. It's bright and very spacious. Nice little garden outside.

No Wifi !!!!. See all previous comments from other guests, event if you ask the host you won't be able to get a password that works. I think it's not good enough as reception is not good inside the flat. Heating was on, with 34 C outside.

Great location for La Cite, Narbonne and Toulouse. The apartment was spacious, comfortable with a well equipped kitchen.

No access to WiFi which was listed. Contacted the host several times for the password. Slow response and when a password finally arrived it didnt work. So no WiFi - disappointing and frustrating. No support information folder which would have helped.

It was spacious & good location when we eventually found it.

Lots! To start with the address on the welcome email is wrong! So couldn’t find the correct key box as was looking at the wrong house. A helpful neighbour eventually helped us. The apartment could be lovely but it is very dark, & a musty smell everywhere. The garden is overgrown & not really welcoming. There was rubbish left on the side in the kitchen & I found a pile of hairs in the shower. Lots of lightbulbs not working. It says there is WiFi - no there isn’t! I messaged the agent several times but no reply. But then I got several messages from the agent about us needing to let a tradesman into the flat. I didn’t have WiFi so didn’t get the messages - but she then passed my number to the tradesman (she should not have done that) who called me several times.
