I like the cost benefit of the place. Good price for a comfortable place. Nothing luxurious, but delivers what is expected. I also loved the treatment from Claudia. Very respectful and proactive lady!
Sometimes the street was a bit noisy, but nothing that would disturb the sleep.

Host is very nice and helpful, you will be delighted. Bathroom is very nice and big, you have all you need there (shampoo etc), the room had a balcony and we loved it there. Location is very good, there is one store close to apartment and other big one is under 10 min walk, so is the bus. You get shared kitchen with all aquipment you need. Room had AC which worked perfectly.
We had a room with private bathroom, but to get to that bathroom you have to pass trough shared hallway, maybe not so great for introverts :D But young or extroverted people would love shared spaces probably a lot because you can meet new people from other rooms in kitchen and hang out.
And yes, it can get a bit noisy in the night on the street so for those with light sleep it can be a bit tricky

Accommodation was as advertised. It was clean and had everything you need for a pleasant vacation. Hostess Claudia was very friendly and gave us needed information about the apartment and events in Alicante that took place in time when we were there. Recommend!

Host was very welcoming and friendly.
The room and bathroom was very clean and modern.
1. Air conditioning - no remote (can't use it)
Was very hot in the room.
2. Can't open windows, way too loud!
3. Bed was super squiky (might be old bed), you can't turn in the bed without the noise. If you are a couple it is a problem.
4. Wall is very thin, you can hear everything.
5. Bathroom is outside the room, so you have to go through the coridoor. Hot water only for 5 mins.
6. Problems with the key locks (was stuck outside at 1am because I turned key to wrong side once and you could not reverse it. We had to call the host in the morning and they could not open the door either, had to wake up someone else to open from the i side. Bathroom door not locking. Old locks, deffinitelly need changing.
7. Camera in the kitchen, feels akward for the customers to be watched. Had to look in the room and bathroom if there is any other "hiden" cameras.
