Kuchyňa je dobre vybavená , kúpeľňa je tiež úplne postačujúca a sprchový kút priestranný . Keď som požiadal o výmenu kanvice tak majitel zareagoval okamžite . Lokalita je len pár minút chôdze do centra čo je super .
Lokalita je velmi rušná , ak chcete mať klud a to hlavne v noci tak neodporúčam. Apartmán vyzerá ako keby sa oň už dlhšiu dobu nik nestaral . Steny potrebujú vybieliť , postele aj s matracmi je treba komplet vymeniť lebo páchnu starinou . Potom také detaili ako rozpadnutý obraz na stene a vypadnutá mriežka z klímy .... Klíma je centrálna ale tiež nieje čistá a chladí stále na rovnakú teplotu.
