Great place very clean location was great!!

Love the location the view from our room was very nice the restaurant downstairs was very good and you get a discount

We had an amazing time here, the room was perfect and had everything we needed! The staff were very friendly and welcoming, making sure we were comfortable. My stay in Paros was wonderful! The room was clean, nicely decorated, and had all the facilities I needed. The location was perfect—close to everything. The owners were fantastic and even helped me out with some extra touches. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay in Parikia!

This is a lovely, clean, comfortable modern place to stay. It is in a fantastic location, on the beach, and a short walk to town, the port and bus depot. The hosts are warm and welcoming. We highly recommend it.

Location was perfect, just minutes away from the town centre and right in front of the beach. Room was spacious and modern. Staff super helpful

The top sheet on the bed was not the right size and a bit small so it would not tuck in. Other than that, all was great!

Fantastic location close to port, restaurants,beach and bars. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Room and bathroom spotlessly clean.

Rooms could be better supplied with glasses and cutlery. Only had two mugs with one spoon.

The location was perfect. About 10 min walk from the city (but felt like much less), and right in front of the beach. The room was beautiful, and had a view to the ocean. Highly recommend.

A perfect stay , wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend to others , something very serene about drinking your morning

Perfect location , literally across the road from the beach and 10 mins walk from the port Maro was lovely and gave me some good tips on places to visit . Really loved the bed and pillows , so used to lying on uncomfy mattresses with pancakes for pillows !- not the case here Recommend the fruit salad and yoghurt or pancakes for breakfast at the restaurant, great value and huge ! Recommend for solo travellers like me , lovely friendly place & people and felt very safe Thank you

Awesome timr spent in paros and kirki to be exact!

We had a lovely stay at Kirki Hotel! Maro, the host, was incredibly sweet, helpful, and kind — she truly made us feel welcome. The room was clean, neat, and cosy, perfect for a relaxing stay. The café downstairs serves delicious food; everything we tried was fresh and tasty. All in all, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay there again!

The room was fantastic, right across from the beach and within walking distance of everything. Cleanliness was excellent, and the food at the on-site restaurant was great. The host was incredibly friendly, and all the staff were welcoming. Overall, a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!

Perfect central location

Perfect little space for a small group! Very central only a 10 minute walk to the port, with plenty shops along the way, with a beach right in front! The hosts were so kind and wonderful. I definitely recommend this space it’s just perfect!

Lovely family run accommodation

Lovely little family-run accommodation option on the seafront and a short walk to the port and town centre. The staff were lovely, welcoming and kind. Clean and tidy throughout and our room was very comfortable so it was great value. We had a lovely coffee and tasty breakfast in the restaurant at the front and can recommend that too!

On the beach, close to everything.

Deluxe Room with verandah was located just across the road from the beach and above a cafe, It is only a leisurely walk to the port. Supermarket, bars and restaurants are located in very close proximity. The room was very spacious, good shower, good bed, comfortable and clean with fresh towels provided daily. The property also has a selection of basic beach umbrellas that you can help yourself to. Communication was always prompt and clear with a view to ensuring your needs are met wherever possible. I would recommend staying at Kirki Rooms by the Sea.

Perfect hospitality, nice rooms, fantastic staff and excellent place to eat!

Very welcoming staff and I was able to get my room very early, much appreciated. Nice room with balcony, very clean. Had kettle, fridge and plenty of sockets. The restaurant/ cafe on the ground floor was excellent, such friendly and efficient staff and the menu had plenty of choice and was great value for money. There is a beach directly in front across the road, great for swimming. The walk to the port is about 10 mins away with lots of shops and restaurants and some supermarkets on the way. Wifi was fine. Would definitely stay again. Thank you to all at Kirki Rooms.

The hotel was in a very good location. Right across the beach and many restaurants in close proximity. I love how the hotel and my room were super clean!

Warm , convenient , welcoming

Kirki rooms is a super clean , comfy and convenient location to stay. Stuff is very friendly (I think it’s a family business) , and you can feel the hospitality and professionalism when you interact with the owners. Definitely warm and welcoming people to facilitate your happy stay in Paros

Rooms are a bit - slightly small but it’s definitely a value for money and it is a personal subjective opinion. It’s easily noticeable that the owners did their best in every detail to make them convenient,cozy and friendly.

Amazing place to stay with great staff!

The folks who run the hotel are amazing, friendly and so helpful. We arrived early and were greeted with water/small snacks and our room was available. The room was cleaned each day, very spacious and the shower had good water pressure. We stayed in late May and the A/C worked very well. There is also a cafe connected to the hotel which was convenient. We recommend the pancakes! You can't beat that the location is steps away from the beach, about a 15 minute walk from the port and bus station which can take you to all of the main areas of Paros (including anti-Paros). We had a late ferry so were able to leave our luggage after check out as well as hang out in the restaurant for a couple of hours. The folks who run the hotel/restaurant made our trip even better and are so friendly and kind. We would stay here again and highly recommend to anyone!

Perfectly Fine for a Short Stay

The room was perfectly fine and was very clean and well maintained. It is in a great location - about 10 minutes walk to the port.

I found it quite noisy. The walls are quite thin so I could hear water running/showers etc. The fridge was also noisy. Although the rooms are 'On The Sea', they are also on the main road - though road noise was not a problem.

Lovely family run hotel and restaurant 10+

The owner John is very nice and friendly Shows his daughter and his wife and at the restaurant the serving staff are very nice and polite. Really enjoyed it. I’d give him a 10 for service.

Now, as for the hotel part very clean very modern clean your room every day nothing negative about this place. It’s a 10+ for everything would come back here again with other family members and to be honest with you I went to Santorini last year and enjoyed Paros better and there might be some people that will disagree with me, but my opinion.

Balcony with a beautiful view

Great location, right by the sea and a short walk into town. The balcony overlooking the sea was excellent.

Only very minor things. A Do Not Disturb sign would be helpful, instead of knocking on the door. Also, an extra shelf in the bathroom would be helpful, as there's no real space to put anything.

Clean, very kind personnel, right next to the beach, very nice ambient, close to the port (less than 10min) and city centre, close to other beaches with subeds, right next to the shop. All great.

The location is perfect. The beach is just in front, and there are couple more that are a walking distance. The town centre is 10 min walk. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The rooms is nice and clean with a comfy bed and pillows.

The room was very clean and modern. Bed was comfy and room was serviced everyday. we even had the room that was over looking the restaurant but noise was no issue as the big doors blocked it all out. Aircon was cold and all of the staff were so friendly & helpful and made sure our stay was perfect. Could leave luggage if you checked out and had a late ferry. Coffee and food from their cafe also amazing.

Very neat clean room. Helpful genuinely caring hosts. Great location right across from the water and only about 50m from the beach and waterfront walk. Facilities close by but far enough away from the hubbub to be quiet.

Okay for solo or couple travelling ensuite is on the small side with the hand shower toilet being more like a wet room than dedicated seperated facilities. This was fine for me but others might find it odd.
