Our stay at Upper Deck Apt. was a delight. The apartment is spacious, clean and equipped with anything you might need. It has a large balcony with a magnificent sea view. The location is superb due to its proximity to the beach as well as many restaurants, tavernas, shops and a seaside promenade. Konstantina was a wonderful host as she welcomed us and made us feel right at home. She made sure our stay was comfortable and gave us many great recommendations for beaches to visit and places to eat. Highly recommend!

COZY AND SHINY

Waking up looking at the beach from the balcony, making aromatic coffee, grabbing some milk from the refrigerator and seeing one of the positive and cheerful thoughts that Konstantina (the kind owner of the property) has pinned there for you ... and the only thing you do is smile. This is how our day has being starting in this wonderful sunny dwelling for a period of only one week. It was a tiny period, definitely not enough to entirely to fill you up with the sense of the summer sea. The apartment is in a great location about 500 meters from the center of Nea Paramos - close enough for a nice walk and at the same time far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the central part. It is located a few meters from the seaside with a sandy beach, where umbrellas and sunbeds can be used for a cup of refreshing frappe. It is very close to shops, bars, taverns and restaurants. Our time spent in the property was remarkable. In every single detail you can see the owner's personal attitude to the cozy flat and most importantly to her guests - from the positive messages pinned to the coffee capsules, through the water and wine waiting for you on the shelf in the refrigerator, to the beer glasses left to cool in one of the freezer drawers. The property impressed us with its perfect cleanliness and tidiness due to the high standards of cleaning & maintenance set up by the owner. The apartment has a large living room, proper size bedroom, equipped kitchen, washing machine, everything for a comfortable stay. Konstantina was responsive for every question we had concerning places to see, taverns to eat and beaches to visit. Thank you for the coziness and comfort! Konstantina is an amazing host, made us feel welcome with water and wine waiting for us, not to mention she is such a joy to be around and super helpful and friendly. She also had plenty of recommendations of what to do and where to go in Nea Peramos. The place itself is really such a gem. Super clean, amazing location and the decor is stunning.

The location of the apartment is great ... on the first line to the beach.The hostess is great, very kind and helpful, she even prepared a little surprise - a gift for the children, and a bottle of wine for us.We have been to Greece in many places, but this is the first time we have been treated so well.Thank you Konstantina!
