Apartamento Joel

Emplacement très pratique dans une rue assez calme (pour Barcelone), à 15 mn de marche de la gare de Sants, et à quelques minutes de plusieurs solutions de transports en commun. Il y a un night shop dans la rue, des restaurants à proximité, et on est à 15-20 mn environ du centre de Barcelone en transports. Le logement est propre, assez spacieux, confortable. le balcon est agréable. Il y a le wifi gratuit et la télé. la cuisine a tout ce qu’il faut, même un lave-linge. La communication avec les gestionnaires de l’appartement s’est très bien passée. Je recommande cet établissement.

J’aurais aimé qu’il y ait quelques produits dans la cuisine (huile, vinaigre, épices). La porte de la salle de bain avait un problème (vitre qui se décolle). mais ce ne sont que de petits détails.

The location was great. The apartment had all the nessesary facilities. It was great for a group of 4.

The stuff was really helpful, organized the transfers for us and replied to all question. The location of the apartment is quite good: walkable distance to the metro, train connection to Montaerrat, buses and supermarkets. Kitchen facilities were ok, we could cook.

Unfortunately the apartment is smaller than appears on the photo. This was kind of expected, but not to this extend. And it really needs some renovations. There are some cracks on the walls, and everything inside of the apartment is old. Some tiles on the floor are not sticked anymore, so we thought that something will fell off on us from time to rime. Also, we got 2 sets of keys and one key didn’t fit. So please check that before you leave the apartment.
