We were very comfortable and enjoyed the peaceful setting. The house is well set up with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Close to lovely hill towns and many wineries. Excellent restaurant, Il Rientro in the village of Collemancio and pizzeria in Limione. Large grocery store in Cannara. Go to Bevagna for the best fresh pasta, bakery alimentari and a variety of delicious restaurants. The entire area is full of history. Assisi, Spello, Trevi, Montefalco, Foligno, Deruta, I could go on. The house was a great base and lovely to return to at the end of the day. Fabio was always responsive with advice and his Aunt very kind. Ciao and Grazie!

We found the property and location to be very quiet (apart from the chickens!) and relaxing. Loved the pool. Nice restaurant in walking distance (about 30mins up the hill)

Bella struttura immersa nel verde in una posizione isolata.
Trattandosi di una villa di recente costruzione, presenta un arredamento in alcune stanze rivedibile, così come la pulizia (es: materassi sporchi e vecchi con peli e capelli sul coprimaterasso).
Essendo una casa dotata di tante pareti a vetro, la mancanza dell’aria condizionata è stata un fattore critico: l’area giorno con il sole diventava una sorta di serra e nelle camere, sebbene tenessimo tutte le finestre aperte, si faticava a dormire dal caldo.
La zona piscina molto bella, ma la mancanza di un ombrellone non permetteva di rilassarsi a bordo piscina, poiché era una zona soleggiata dal mattino alla sera.
Location apprezzabile perché immersa totalmente nella natura, erano presenti diversi volatili (galli e pollame) intorno alla casa, che per i primi giorni hanno contribuito a svegliarci..alle 4:30 del mattino. Punto decisamente a favore è stata la disponibilità dell’host, che appena abbiamo segnalato la cosa, prontamente ha risolto il problema spostandoli altrove nella proprietà.
In conclusione quindi la villa è molto bella, ma andrebbe migliorata sotto certi aspetti non di poco conto.
