We were very comfortable and enjoyed the peaceful setting. The house is well set up with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Close to lovely hill towns and many wineries. Excellent restaurant, Il Rientro in the village of Collemancio and pizzeria in Limione. Large grocery store in Cannara. Go to Bevagna for the best fresh pasta, bakery alimentari and a variety of delicious restaurants. The entire area is full of history. Assisi, Spello, Trevi, Montefalco, Foligno, Deruta, I could go on. The house was a great base and lovely to return to at the end of the day. Fabio was always responsive with advice and his Aunt very kind. Ciao and Grazie!

We found the property and location to be very quiet (apart from the chickens!) and relaxing. Loved the pool. Nice restaurant in walking distance (about 30mins up the hill)

We really enjoyed the house, swimming pool and the garden. Everything was lovely.
The environment is beautiful and so much to see. We visited the restaurant in the village twice, we liked the simple but the very good dishes.
