Même si n'étions pas conscients que la propriétaire habitait le dessous de la maison, elle a été très discrète et à la fois très prévenante. Nous avions à disposition le 1er et le 2ème étage. La vue était splendide mais pour y accéder, il faut se sentir à l'aise pour conduire dans des rues étroites et escarpées, ce qui personnellement ne nous pas posé problème. Boulangerie, café et petit supermarket se trouvent à proximité mais il vaut mieux avoir une voiture pour se déplacer
La literie de la chambre du 1er étage de la maison devrait être changée ainsi que les chaises du living dans lesquelles on s'enfonçait un peu trop. Les salles de bain mériteraient un rafraîchissement mais elles sont conformes aux photos, donc ce n'était pas une surprise. Il faut aussi être conscient que juste en contrebas de la maison il y a un hôtel 5 étoiles et qu'en pleine saison, cela pourrait générer certains désagréments que nous n'avons pas connus vu que nous y étions en octobre

We arrived to the property later than we originally expected due to travel delays, but it was not an issue for picking up the keys. We were provided a few goodies to enjoy as a welcome gift. The wifi worked wonderfully and the property worked great for our family. The balconies have a beautiful view of Kalamata.

Superb view from the terrace. Spacious inside and although old fashioned was very well equipped and homely. There was everything that you needed. Helpful owner.
It’s a very steep hill up to the property and although we normally like to walk everywhere it was difficult to do in 40 degrees heat. You do need a car. Buses into Kalamata are infrequent and to walk in was on a busy road with no pavement.
