About this villa rental
This traditional stone villa was built in 2003. The villa is surrounded with 2000 square meters of natural plot with olive trees and garden. Its one kilometre away from the typical Greek village Megali Mandinia with panoramic view to the Messinian Bay and the impressive mountain Taygetos.
The 170 sq meter stone house has 2 bedrooms in the main part of the villa. Main bedroom with 1 double bed and second bedroom with 3 single beds. The detached tower has 1 main bedroom with double bed and bathroom in the first floor and double bed sofa in the ground floor. The villa conteins a big living room with 2 relaxing sofa's, 1 big armchair, 42" TV Full HD, dvd player and a nice fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen offers you all the necessary amenities that you might need for cooking.
The 8 meters swimming pool will give you relaxing and refreshing moments in the hot summer days.
In the village you can taste Greek typical plates in one of the three taverns in reasonable prices.
The beach Sandova and Akrogiali is three kilometres away and you can enjoy your time at the sea having a snack or a drink to the beach bar Hobo hearing good music.
Kalamata is a beautiful city 12 km away that you can find anything you may want, also a lively night life, supermarkets, museums, banks, restaurants.
From this part of Peloponnese you can make small excursions to ancient Messini that it has an impressive well reserved ancient monument with a stadium, theatre, columns and other. You can also visit the Messinian and Laconian Mani with the beautiful picturesque villages and the traditional architect houses.

Amazing location - spectacular views of the sea in one direction, of the mountains in the other. Completely private. Not overlooked at all. A couple of tiny issues swiftly sorted - with very good communication with the host. Highly recommended!

What a beautiful location. The views from the covered terrace took our breath away with the sunsets over the Messanian Bay to our keft and the awe inspiring Taygetus mountains to the right.Our hosts Eleni and Serafim were there to meet us to hand over the keys and show us the house which did not disappoint. Everything is as described.If you can tear yourself away from the house and lovely pool there are two delightful village taverns within 3 minutes drive and the beaches with more tavernas and a very useful mini-mart only a further 8 minutes away.If you are looking for peace and quiet and spectacular views this is the place for you.Oh, and did I mention the views!Thank you aagain Eleni and Serafim

Greece at its best. Sunsets. Sea. Privacy. Close to historic sights in all directions. Perfect for the days when you want to lounge poolside as well. Been coming to Greece for 35 years. I’ll be back.
