TWO WEEK MINIMUM Rental from Saturday to Saturday in peak season (Dec - April).
Located on the beautiful and quiet southern end of the island, Sand Caper sits on the beach side of Estero Boulevard and boasts a large pool which invites you to swim or just soak up the sun. There is a sandy walking path through the preserve straight to the beach. Offering every opportunity to enjoy warm, sun-filled days walking the miles of white sand beach and relaxing by the water, Sand Caper 108 is a gorgeous, newly remodeled, and professionally decorated 1st floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with a screened in lanai that enjoys a view of the grounds and a partial Gulf view. The large master bedroom suite has a king sized bed and its own lanai entrance. The guest bedroom has a king sized bed and its own bath. Living room has a large flat screen TV and the kitchen has recently been remodeled with brand new appliances. Every feature in this brand new listing is high end, from the custom cabinets to the custom marble countertops. For your convenience there is a designated covered parking spot, a washer/dryer in your unit, and free WiFi in your unit. Sorry No Smoking Allowed and No Pets Allowed.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Santini Marina Plaza, just across the street, will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bight Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.

My family and I loved the condo! We visited the large pool daily and we could walk directly onto the beach. It was also nice to be able to walk to CVS and the strip mall across the street with some great restaurants. The condo itself was clean and organized and we very much enjoyed sitting outside eating meals together. We highly recommend!
