The location is great. The star rating is for The management team their service is beyond terrible. Non existent actually. They have a lockbox for the key that is 7ft up the door frame and I am 5ft. One key and we called for another as I was there with a friend and we didn’t do things together everyday. Never got another key. As well, you need a key for everything in the building including the pool. The Wifi didn’t work and so we started knocking on others doors to get help with it. It just so happened that the one door was a gentleman that sits on the board and he helped us immensely. He contacted the owner of the condo for us and she was amazing. A new property management company needs to be assigned.

Great location. Nice Condo. Ideally located on the beach. Beatiful Views and Sunsets. A little dated So A few issues on arrival. AC Tech had to be called. Quickly dealt with by Rental Agency. Some plumbing issues with bathroom hand basin drains and shower control. Overall, a great stay, good for families.

unit was finished and nice. claimed to have a king bed in the master but only a queen. Building was under construction and probably will be until summer. Not really a problem except pool was closed. Entire area under construction following hurricane Ian. Some things starting to open, but no close restaurants.
