About this apartment rental

Historic house on in midtown Memphis great for long term stay. 2nd floor apartment has private front and rear entrance with gas BBQ Grill on upstairs back patio. Guests have the entire upper floor of the house. Fully furnished apartment, (has total of 5 beds) primary bedroom has king size bed and ensuite bath, 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds, private common area has 2 twin beds. Separate Living area and dining room, kitchen with DW and micro, full 2nd bath. Spacious apartment comfortably sleeping 6, on site laundry area shared with downstairs apartment. Parking is at the rear of the house. The driveway is shared, so must not be blocked.
The entertainment of Overton Square is just a few blocks away where you'll find restaurants, lounges, the playhouse, Memphis Ballet, and shopping. Within a block is Huey's, Chick-fil-A, and Kwik Stop (Mediterranean Food. Self-check in with keypad.
