About this house rental
This 1,100 foot cottage is perfect walking distance to everything Midtown Has to offer. Brooks Museum,Overton Park,Overton Square.... 20+ restaurants, bars,movie theater,Ballet Memphis,2 theatre groups and live music.
The Space
I am a local contractor and designer who has taken this 1910 cottage and gutted it to the studs and made it a 2016 show place with attention to the details. Everything is new. Kitchen has gas cooking and is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a memorable meal. Cozy dining nook in kitchen has seating for four. 2 with king bed and private bath with walk in shower and the other with Queen bed and hall bath. Both with luxurious bedding and linens. 3 HDTV with cable,Apple TV,Netflix and WiFi provided to my guests. Back yard is fenced and provides a patio with comfortable seating. My goal in choices of finishes and furnishings was to provide better than a 5 star hotel quality me know if I accomplished my goal !! If I missed anything let me know and it will be provided.
Guest Access
It is all yours to use (one closet is locked for owners supply storage). One car driveway parking. Street parking directly in front of home available for additional parking. Keyless entry lock on front door makes access that much easier..
Interaction with Guests
I live one mile from home and am available immediate to resolve any issues that may arise.
The Neighborhood
The neighborhood is by far the biggest draw for all guest who chose my cottage for their stay. Location,location, truly can take a cab from airport to my cottage and walk to activities,restaurants and bars to fill a long weekend and never drive. For venturing out of the neighborhood, Uber is is easy to Downtown,Bass Pro,Beale Street and Graceland. If driving, ample parking provided.

Really great little house close to everything. The kitchen and bathrooms are modern and so clean. The host gave great instructions and there was even a parking pad. Will definitely recommend this spot to friends visiting Memphis!
