Fajny apartament na kilka nocy.

Położenie- kilka minut od plaży oraz trasy rowerowej, komfortowe z fajną antresola, bardzo przestronne mieszkanie. Dobra obsługa, czystość mieszkania. Polecam

Za mało kołder, pościeli. Na pewno dodalbym jeszcze trochę talerzy i sztućców.

Z plusów to tylko basen

Obiekt znajduje się nie przy plaży jak podano na stronie ,a jakieś 300-400 m jak nie więcej . W apartamencie nie było zbyt czysto a ręczniki mieli dziwny zapach 🙃 Meble poniszczone .. Pod czas pobytu spadła roleta z drzwi balkonowych ( była wcześniej uszkodzona i nie zamontowana )całe szczęście że nie komu nic się nie stało , wiadomo było zgłoszone do pani która zajmuje się tym obiektem Więc pod czas pobytu polecam uważać bo coś może spaść na głowę 🙃

Jak na osiedle Polanka to słabo. Wygodne tylko dla trzech osób.

Lokalizacja. Blisko do plaży - przejście przez zadrzewiony teren. Dostęp do otwartego basenu, sauny i siłowni.

Apartament nie wysprzątany, zużyty. Wymaga remontu. Niewygodne, małe i zużyte łóżko na poziomie 1. Jedna malutka kołdra na podwójne łóżko. Brak szufelki. Za mało na 5 osób kubków, talerzy, misek itp. Niewystarczająca ilość miejsc parkingowych. Psującą i zacinająca się winda.

Świetna lokalizacja dla rodziny 2+2 ze wszystkimi niezbędnymi udogodnieniami w mieszkaniu.

Lokalizacja do morza/plaży. Cicha okolica a także odpowiednią odległość do centralnych atrakcji miasta przy krótkim spacerze

Top Lage, mangelnde Ausstattung.

Die Lage ist perfekt. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer gated community. Auf dem Grundstück befinden sich ein beheizter Pool und ein Fitnessstudio. Bis zum Meer sind es fussläufig ein paar Minuten. In der direkten Nähe befinden sich viele kleine Restaurants. Die Wohnung an sich war sauber und ausreichend groß. Schöner Balkon.

Der tv hat nicht funktioniert, es gab nicht ausreichend Geschirr für 4 Personen. Das „Schlaf“ Sofa war komplett durchgelegen. Und hat die besten Jahre hinter sich. Sowie auch die Matratzen der 3 Betten im oberen Teil der Wohnung. Rückenschmerzen sind also vorprogrammiert. Wer auf guten Schlaf wert legt ist hier falsch. Wir reisten zu viert an. Mussten die Couch quasi ausziehen und beziehen was vorher klar war, jedoch haben wir nur die Bezüge genutzt da Kopfkissen und Decke undefinierbare Flecken hatten.
