Peaceful and comfortable

Really cosy and quiet place, just minutes from the beach. Very clean and comfortable with a small communal kitchen. I would definitely stay again whenever I visit Kolberg. It is quite far away from the centre, but you can reach it within 30 min by foot, or take a public bus.

The bed was a bit too soft to my liking, but I do sleep normally on rock hard mattress.

It is on my "Do not return list"

Very close to the beach & the park. Close to bike station of city bikes (NextBike). Train station and supermarkets nearby - Biedronka & Lidl.

- On arrival instead of good morning I was rudely shown to get of the stairs leading to the house entrance. - The place is VERY congested. Rooms are tightly packed up and corridors to the rooms are so narrow that two people cannot pass each other. - My "View" was advertised as "city views" & "inner yard views" - I had cars parked directly in front of my ground floor window (see photo). - Advertised policy is NO PETS, but there was middle size dog in one of the guest rooms! ### ONE CHOOSES ACCOMMODATION BASED ON THE POLICIES ADVERTISED... ### - I had to ask where advertised, common, garden table was located - this s/b offered without asking! - People sitting around common table in the garden have direct view into 2 guest rooms taking away privacy of the occupants of those rooms, but there is huge section of the garden "not for guests". I felt very uncomfortable using this table and this table was one of the reasons I chose the property. - More than one person runs this property and 2 different people came to me with instructions on where to leave the keys - DIFFERENT INSTRUCTIONS! - There is set of rules displayed in the room, which is only in Polish and is different to rules shown in the listing on booking.com. If I saw these rules I probably wouldn't book this accommodation. - Cleaners vacuum rooms keeping the doors open and they bang hard every thing standing on the floor, not to mention laud conversations regarding property issues - forget sleeping inn... - Water pipes are not in the walls, but are attached to the walls inside the rooms. They are extremely laud and guests and owners spitefully interfere with each other - totally unpleasant. - The receipt for City Tax was not offered ----- Over all: I felt like an annoying interference to owner's life and to the procedures of running the place.

Czysto, miło, spokojnie. Niczego nie brakowało i wszystko na najwyższym poziomie. Uprzejmi i mili właściciele obiektu. Polecam serdecznie.

Moim zdaniem przynajmniej raz w trakcie pobytu 7 - 8 -o dniowego powinny być zmienione ręczniki.

Nie jest to pokój do którego kiedykolwiek wrócimy.

Bardzo fajna lokalizacja, blisko do plaży i parku. Okolica cicha i bardzo spokojna. W niedalekiej odległości sklepy i bary.

Bardzo słaba wentylacja, duża wilgoć przede wszystkim w łazience. Cieniutkie ściany, bardzo mały niefunkcjonalny pokój. Okno wychodziło na główne wejście. Bez zakrytych zasłon wszystko w pokoju było cały czas widoczne. Widać, że pokój zrobiony typowo pod kątem zarobkowym. Właściciel (choć bardzo miły) sam na pewno w czymś takim by nie mieszkał.

ciepło, czysto, wspólny aneks kuchenny dobrze wyposażony,blisko do plaży. W pokoju czajnik, lodówka, filiżanki.Niedaleko ścieżka rowerowa. Właściciel zaproponował pozostanie dłużej w obiekcie niż wymeldowanie o 10:00. Polecam.

Es war ein erholsamer und erlebnisreicher Aufenthalt.

Die Zimmer waren sauber. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Straße nicht ganz 10 Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Restaurants sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

Gerne wieder!

Ich war diesen Sommer zwei Mal in der Unterkunft. Mein Aufenthalt im Studio Apartment war perfekt. Allgemein sind die Gastgeber sehr freundlich und sprechen sehr gut Deutsch. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung ist einfach, aber es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Lage ist strandnah und die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, trotzdem gibt es einige Supermärkte und Restaurants. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist unschlagbar.

Im Einzelzimmer sind die Wände sehr dünn und man hört die Nachbarn. Die Matratze hat eine Kuhle und müsste mal ausgewechselt werden.
