The apartment is on quiet place next to the park behind which is the sea beach. Everything is nice, clean and stylishly furnished. Shared kitchen is also nice and well equipped. The owner of apartment is willing man who speaks Polish only, but its not a problem. We used Google translator for communication we didn't understand in Polish. :-)

Cozy house in a quiet area

The room was tidy and cozy. Everything I needed for a two night solo trip. I had a private bathroom outside the room, and there was a shared kitchen on the same floor too. I also had an electric kettle and a small fridge in my room. The house has a nice coastal feel with a lot of sea and ocean themed decorations. The hosts we're flexible with my check-in and check-out times, which was very nice. The location is in a quite area, so there was no traffic or other distractions from the outside.

The rooms are definitely not sound proof. There were other people in the rooms next to mine and I was basically able to hear what they talked about. To me it was not a problem, but someone else could be distracted by this. The house is located about 30-40 minute walk from the beach. Again, to me it was not a problem but it's good to keep that mind if you intend to walk back and forth everyday.

Great location for beach vacation

Great place to stay with short walking distance to the beautiful ocean, nice rooms with access to kitchen and good wifi. Beautiful outside chill-out area with friendly atmosphere. A great bakery and also restaurants are closeby. It’s easy to park outside.

Super szybka i bezproblemowa obsługa. Cały obiekt jest super. Nie mam nic do zarzucenia. Fajna dedykowana łazienka. Pokój wysoki standard

Na plażę idzie się przez stary park ok 5 min. Jest to bardzo dogodne zwłaszcza w upały. Idealne miejsce na relaks. Panie z obsługi przesympatyczne. Pokoje dopieszczone - byłam w nowym domu pokoje typu delux. Bardzo fajne jest to że jest herbata cukier sól pieprz i ekspres do kawy na każdym piętrze - nie trzeba kupować i potem wieźć do domu lub wyrzucać - duże udogodnienie dla podróżujących pociągiem.

Blisko plaży i wszelkich udogodnień, cicho, bajeczny ogród

Super lokalizacja w spokojnej części Kołobrzegu a jednocześnie bliziutko do plaży i do "małego centrum" z piekarnią (boskie śniadania), smażalnią ryb (godna polecenia) i klimatycznym barem/pizzerią. Ciekawy wystrój pełen marynarskich bibelotów (z wiosłami zamiast poręczy i liną okrętową zamiast listwy MDF), no i oczywiście przepiękny ogród z kilkoma zakątkami gdzie można sobie posiedzieć wieczorami i zrelaksować się przy szemrającej fontannie. Dobrym pomysłem są też szafki w kuchni z przypisanymi nrami pokojów, nie pijemy i nie jemy z naczyń używanych przez wszystkich gości z całego turnusu. Miejsce czyste, przestronne, spokojne, relaksujące. Właściciel sympatyczny, dyspozycyjny i pomocny. Bardzo polecam !

Świetne położenie dla kogoś kto lubi ciszę i spokój otoczenia i bliskość do plaży.Do centrum jest ponad 2 km. Przyjemnie marynistycznie urządzony pensjonat, czyściutki i pachnący . Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Bardzo wygodne łóżko, siatki p/ owadom w oknach sprawiały,że świetnie się spało . W pobliżu było kilka miejscówek z jedzeniem ,sklepy- w tym Żabka, kawiarnia w parku- ok.300m

1.Troszkę byłam zaskoczona ilością schodów , bo z ciężką walizką to było małe wyzwanie- mieszkałam na ostatnim piętrze. 2.To, na co zwracali uwagę w opiniach inni- cienkie ściany

Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Vermieterin sorgt sich um die Gäste und ist äußerst hilfsbereit. Ich habe mich noch nie bei meiner Radtour so wohl gefühlt. Sie hat mir sogar die Radsachen gewaschen. Eine einzigartige Unterkunft !!!
