An ok stay.

The property is in a good location with an easy walk to the beach.

The room was ok but basic with no attempt made to add charm or homely touches. The curtain had hooks off and didn’t quite close. There was one small towel per person - hand sized not a bath towel. The room had a view of the small garden/ car park and lorry park.We have been in Poland for 3 weeks and this accommodation was disappointing compared to everywhere else.

Great option near everything in Kolobrzeg

Location location location... 5 minutes away from the beach and 10 minutes walking from the city center. You can't ask for much more. The rooms are fully renovated, very clean, and you have a nice balcony. The bathroom was clean and functional. There's even a kettle and a small fridge. Each bed has its own electrical socket, so it's very convenient. There's a chance of parking for a small extra fee, but very well worth it. I wouldn't hesitate to come back again here.

One of the beds was a bit older and cranky. We never got the WiFi password (we didn't ask for it and we didn't need it, but still would be nice to get it in advance). Bathroom is small, but functional, so can't really complain.

Zawyżone oceny, znośne warunki

Lokalizacja, czyste materace

W pokoju było zimno, kaloryfer grzał minimalnie, pomimo 2 interwencji, nic nie zostało w tej sprawie zrobione. Kaloryfer w łazience brudny, zacieki na kabinie prysznicowej. Zlew w łazience leje wodę poza zlew. Kołdry cienkie ale czyste. Brak wyposażenia podstawowego, trzeba iść prosić o kubek czy sztućce,które są trzymane pod kluczem. W pokoju jedynie stary czajnik i dwie filiżanki. Pościel była czysta ale miała zapach zleżały. Brak wspólnej kuchni, na korytarzy na wysokim meblu stała mikrofalówka...ciekawe po co? Nie wiem skąd tyle wysokich ocen, dosyć brudno i zimno...a w dodatku nie podgrzejemy obiady. O ręczniki też trzeba było prosić.... bo właścicielka uznała że nie zdążymy się wykąpać... Jeźdzę do Kołobrzegu co jakiś czas, i żałuję wyboru noclegu. Powracam do znanych mi hoteli, tutaj nie polecam. Poduszka miała żółte zacieki... Przy zlewie czarna pleśń.

Bardzo udany, krótki, 3-dniowy pobyt.

Lokalizacja to najmocniejsza strona tego obiektu. Do latarni, na rejsy statkami i wejście na plażę niedaleko, do sklepów, restauracji blisko (pizzeria po sąsiedzku), do muzeów niedaleko w dodatku droga na rynek prosta jak but (a uważam Kołobrzeg za jeden z trudniejszych w orientacji w terenie). Większy sklep typu Żabka też za 1 skrzyżowaniem. Nie przyjechałem samochodem ale parking dla gości jest. Pokój jednoosobowy miałem czysty, i jak na inne pokoje jakie widziałem w ogóle to ten był bardzo przestronny. Łóżko praktycznie na dwie osoby. Łazienka też duża. Tylko jeden mały ręcznik ale był bardzo chłonny, szybko schnący i wystarczał. Balkon ze stolikiem i krzesełkami z widokiem na most, rzekę i skansen morski. Od strony południowej więc nawet w zimniejsze dni słońce dogrzewa. W pokoju miałem jeszcze: czajnik, 2 filiżanki, sztućce, talerz. Szafa z wieszakami na ubrania. TV z normalnymi programami. W łazience suszarka do włosów (nie używałem, nie wiem jaka mocna) i jeden pojemnik z mydłem i kosz. Pani z obsługi bardzo miła i pomocna, można się dogadać, można zostawić bagaż jeżeli potrzebujecie się wymeldować a jeszcze nie macie transportu, z resztą sama wyszła z tą inicjatywą. Najlepiej kontaktować się przez telefon, bo nie jest przywiązana do recepcji jak można by się spodziewać. Jeden z najtańszych obiektów (a dobrych) jak szukałem we wrześniu 2025 w tej lokalizacji.

Jedynie mogę się przyczepić do jednego mydełka w łazience, które do kąpieli trzeba było sobie z umywalki przestawiać i kosz nie chciał współpracować, może introwertyk. ;)
