Piękny apartament blisko morza w dobrej lokalizacji,urządzony we wszystko co jest potrzebne z garażem, windą. Właściciel uprzejmy, pomocny i troskliwy. To kolejny nasz pobyt i nie ostatni. Zima nad morzem też jest piękna. Polecamy wszystkim na 100 %.

Wspaniały i udany wyjazd

Byliśmy już w tym apartamencie 4 raz to chyba coś znaczy. Apartament czyściutki i wyposażony we wszystko co potrzeba. Pan Jacek super gość, troszczy się o wczasowiczów, podaje wcześniej informacje o zameldowaniu -pełny opis. Gorąco polecamy 😀😃🫠

Apartament czyściutki, na najwyższym poziomie, wyposażenie czego dusza zapragnie a nawet i więcej. Pan Jacek super, wcześnie wysłał wszystkie informacje z kodami.Bylismy tutaj już drugi raz i na pewno wrócimy. Polecamy każdemu na 100%

Apartament doskonale wyposażony. Wszystko co niezbędne- nawet dla najbardziej wymagających gości. Lokalizacja wyśmienita- wszędzie blisko i wszystko na wyciągnięcie ręki: plaża, promenada, dworzec kolejowy, przystanek autobusowy, restauracje, sklepy... Budynek wyposażony w garaż, windę, silownię, taras na dachu. Cisza, spokój. Idealne miejsce na relaks, dlatego tak często tu wracamy!

Bardzo przyjemny apartament godny polecenia

Mieszkanie bardzo ładnie urządzone, z pełnym wyposażeniem, szeroki wybór naczyń, sztućców i wszystkiego co może się przydać w trakcie pobytu. Bardzo dobry kontakt z Właścicielem obiektu. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja blisko deptaka i plaży, całe osiedle czyste i ciche. Dodatkowym plusem jest możliwość zostawienia auta w garażu.

Super Apartment in Kolobrzeg

Das Apartment „Bliżej Morza u Jacka z garażem“ ist ein geräumiges Apartment mit separatem Schlafzimmer. Es befindet sich in der 1. Etage eines neuen Gebäudekomplexes; ein Lift ist vorhanden. Ein kostenloser Standplatz in einer abgeschlossenen Garage befindet sich im Keller des Gebäudes, welcher von der Rückseite des Gebäudes erreichbar ist. Den Standplatz erreicht man aber erst, wenn man die Fernbedienung für die Schranke aus dem Apartment geholt hat. Vom Apartment bis zum Strand sind es ca. 500m; zur Mole ca. 1,9km; zum Leuchtturm 2,1km. Aus dem Zimmer blickt man auf einen Parkplatz und den gegenüber liegenden Gebäudekomplex. Straßenlärm ist kaum vorhanden, auch nicht störend. Das Apartment „Bliżej Morza“ ist relativ groß, das Mobiliar ist neuwertig, modern und zeigt keine Abnutzungsspuren. In allen Räumen gibt es genügend Schränke, um bei einem längeren Aufenthalt das Reisegepäck zu verstauen. Es gibt 2 TV –einer im Wohnzimmer und einer im Schlafzimmer. Auch das Bad ist super modern eingerichtet (Spiegel mit Uhrzeit, Datum und aktueller Wetteranzeige und sehr sauber. Es gab genügend Handtücher, sowie Duschgel und Shampoon. Alles war sehr, sehr sauber und ordentlich. Das Apartment „Bliżej Morza“ ist mit allen Utensilien für einen längeren Aufenthalt komplett ausgestattet. Eine kleine Kaffeemaschine (mit Filtern und Kaffee) sowie ausreichend Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe und einige Küchenutensilien sind vorhanden. Weiterhin stehen ein Toaster, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Küchenmaschine und eine Waschmaschine für einen erholsamen Urlaub bereit. WLAN ist vorhanden, kostenfrei und funktioniert. Die Kommunikation erfolgte über Booking.com in Deutsch. Es gibt eine sehr gute Beschreibung von Herrn Jacek, wie man das Apartment und die Garage erreicht. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte über einen Schlüsseltresor problemlos. Die Bilder entsprechen zu 100% der Realität.

Eigentlich gibt es nichts zu meckern. Alle Hinweise beziehen sich auf unseren Aufenthalt im Januar - es waren keine Ferien in Deutschland oder Polen. Im Sommer könnte es schon etwas lauter werden im Kurviertel von Kolobrzeg.
