Weekend w Kołobrzegu
Super wyposażony Apartament, wysoka klasa, wszystko zgodnie z opisem. Dziękuję też za kawę. Do dworca ok 15 min spacerkiem a 10 min do morza. Można wypoczywać na dużym balkonie. Dziękujemy :)

Drobne niedociągnięcia, w sumie ocena pozytywna.
Uprzejmość obsługi, zarówno pani na infolinii jak i panów z ochrony
Brak informacji o numerze miejsca postojowego ( po telefonie pani podała), brak klucza do wejścia do garażu z budynku. (usiałem wchodzić przez bramę wjazdową). Nienajlepszy stan łóżek/ materaców - czuć konstrukcję stelaża. Zastosowano zabieg marketingowy - bonifikata ceny pobytu poszła na pokrycie kosztów parkingu. Skoro miejsce parkingowe przynależy do apartamentu nie powinno się pobierać opłaty extra.

Apartment super , Schlafgelegenheit ungenügend
Das Apartment war sauber, ordentlich und gut ausgestattet. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte kontaktlos. Die Lage ist relativ ruhig gelegen.
Es gab keinen Ansprechpartner vor Ort um eventuell noch das Schwimmbad dazuzubuchen. Die Portiers konnten leider kein Deutsch oder Englisch und somit auch keine Fragen beantworten. Was uns noch etwas sauer aufgestoßen ist, dass es kein richtiges Bett gab. Es gab insgesamt 2 Schlafsofas und und einen Schlafsessel. Leider war das Schlafsofa unbequem und ist nichts für ältere oder kaputte Rücken.

Die Lage war natürlich sehr zentral und nah am Strand .
Zusätzliche Gebühren fürs parken und Pool Nutzung was nicht günstig ist .

Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)
Die Lage war hervorragend. Nur ca. 5-10 Gehminuten zum Strand und ca. 20 Minuten in die Stadt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein großer Vorteil ist das Lebensmittelgeschäft direkt am Apartmenthaus. Ausreichende Ausstattung. Besonderer Luxus ist der moderne Kaffeevollautomat. :-) Der Vermieter hat schnell und sehr freundlich auf unsere Anfragen reagiert.
Wir haben Garderobenhaken für unsere Jacken vermisst. Auch im Bad könnten ein paar Handtuchhalter Gutes tun.
