Pozicija same kuće je u realitvno mirnoj ulici na 5 minuta laganog hoda od mjesne plaže. Prostor za parkiranje 5 automobila i dovoljno hlada. Dodatni sadržaji na super razini. Bazen (iako manje veličine) idealan za djecu od 6 godina na više jer mogu samostalno stajati u njemu. Odlična i prostrana sauna, udoban jacuzzi. Prostrana i velika kuhinja sa dovoljno pribora za jelo za 20 ljudi. Od aparata i kuhinjskih pomagala bilo je svega. S9be uredne i čiste, dvije kupaonice. Generalno kuća je ideapno opremljena za boravak obitelji s djecom.
