The holiday flat is located in a detached house, was renovated in 2011 and is furnished in a modern style. The property is situated in a residential area. The domicile is popular also due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for use: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

The entrance is on the upper floor and leads over an external stair directly in the living room. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room with lounge, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 8 persons. You have access to the 16 sqm balcony with garden furniture, 2 tables, 8 chairs and parasol. 4 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Kitchenette with dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric water boiler and washing machine. 2 bathrooms each with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your holiday apartment is equipped with WLAN- internet access and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per cable.

The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property. Garage for 1 car.
