Közel volt a Tagore Sétány(mellette már a part van)
Nagyon messze voltak a Szupermarketek(tesco,spar,penny)gyalog. Tömegközlekedést meg nem ismertük,mi merre megy.

Közel van a belváros. Tiszta a szállás. Van parkolóhely, ami ingyenes, bár 5 apartmanra csak 2 megállóhely van az épület előtt közvetlen.
Ez nem apartman, hanem egy garázs, amiben kialakítottak egy szellőzés nélküli vizes blokkot. A légkondin nincs fűtés funkció, fűtés pedig nem volt, 18 °C-nál több sosem volt, zuhanyzással tudtunk valamennyit emelni a hőmérsékleten. Többször itt biztosan nem foglalunk.
