Great location. It is nice they offer bikes, parking, a pool and hot tub.
There was no wifi during the stay and barely any cell service in the room. Walls/floors are thin so you can hear the neighbours.

It is relatively new accommodation.
Although the room we stayed in is not the biggest one, it has everything one needs, and it is up to the high standard.
It is also a "half-way" between the Saint-Tropez and plage de Pampellone, which is an advantage.
Although "geographically" it is a good location, the accommodation is next to the lively road - hence, it is a bit noisy.
Also I did not like an approach that if you arrive after 18-00, additional 50 EUR is going to be charged. It is rather simple to install a key-box and provide instructions via booking for those who arrive late.

The bikes were great to cycle into town, around 15 minutes.
While the description says soundproof this is not accurate from the inside. Can hear neighbours conversations and every movement. Road noise was fine. There is not someone there 24/7 so make sure you ask all questions at check in!
