Great location, in the heart of the Old Town. It can get a bit noisy, but restaurants close fairly early. Very clean and comfortable, would come back for sure.

Liked: location, mostly quiet, spacious, washing machine, amenities, comfy bed and sofa, spacious bathroom and shower
Didn't like: better communication, (we had an issue that was never answered); construction noise; upon leaving, we were suddenly in a "no Uber pick up" zone and had to walk about 5 blocks; tv had limited channels

Good location, right in the center, everything is easily accessible
Dirty kitchen appliances, dishes, dirty bathroom. There is dust in the corners of the all apartment.
