About this house rental
In the lively heart of Cefalù, near the Duomo, set in the quiet of a medieval courtyard, rent a lovely independent house, renovated, furnished and equipped. 3 bedrooms (1 loft), two bathrooms complete with shower, living room, kitchen, large terrace. 4/6 beds + 2 futons, DGTV, fridge-freezer, gas cooker, water heater, dryer, washing machine, fan, iron and ironing board.
Prices depend on the season and number of guests, the prices quoted are for max 4 guests. The shares required include bed linen / towels for each guest, cleaning of arrival and departure and quotas water, electricity and gas. With an extra cost of 70 euro / week is also available air conditioned. The house is not suitable for people with problems in moving and is not recommended for particularly noisy people

Our family of four had a delightful and immersive experience in this Cefalù property, right near the duomo (center square). Our host was kind, responsive and incredibly helpful as he went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.
The apartment was in a quiet cul de sac with easy walking access to incredible restaurants, shops, stores and the beach. We parked in the port for free and paid eight Euros to get a ride on a golf cart into the square with our luggage.
We enjoyed cooking breakfast on most mornings as the kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils. We appreciated the AC units in all of the rooms and the beds were very comfortable.
We would definitely stay here again if we were to return to Cefalù!

My family came to the United States from Cefalù. It was very emotional for me to be there. The property is incredibly near cathedral. I could not ask for a better location.
