It is the best place we stayed during our 10-day trip in Sicily. It's 5 minutes' walk from the beach. The room is air-conditioned, spacious, beautiful and comfortable. You could even look at all the people passing by in the street below on the balcony.
The staircase to the room is long and steep. Also the switch of the staircase light is not easy to find. Not a big deal for us though.

Hosts were phenominal and were really welcoming. The location is fantastic, super close to the beach via the Porto Pescara. Also close to all sights in old town.
Room was spactious and had AC. Kitchen was well equiped, apartment had all the basic necesities.
I would choose this again traveling with a partner. They also have baggage storage for additional cost.
If you have a stroller, not ideal as there is no space/voyer. You are met with straight stairs up. For anyone that has mobility issues - not recomended as the stairs can be a bit daunting.

Location! The balcony was great. Very clean. Furnishings met our needs. Host was very accommodating, finding another room on a lower floor when he saw my limp. He also agreed to arrange our airport taxi.
Bed sheets were a bit rough, but definitely not a deal-breaker!
