Beautiful location, full of rustic charm which amazing view to either side. Located on the outskirts of Chianni this is perfect for a family. No noise other than the beat of Cacada's, beautifully peaceful in rural Tuscany.Pool perfect size for the kids, beautifully clean, just the thing needed for a cool down in the blistering heat. A couple of parasols would make a big difference for additional shade.DO NOT FORGET BUG SPRAY AS ITS RURAL ITALY, THEY WILL FEAST ON YOU IF THEY THINK YOU ARE TASTIE!

Great days in an original old Tuscan stone house with shutters. Chianni is a cute place with bars, cafés, shops and even a small flour mill. Be sure to join the Monday guided tour. It's a 30-minute walk into town, 5 minutes by car. The garden is beautifully overgrown, there are figs and herbs. The small pool is the daily highlight. Bathrooms are modern and all rooms very charming. If something is missing or needed, Simona always takes care of it immediately. Not for small children because of the many stairs and steps (also in the garden). We are happy to recommend Casa Morgana and hope to come back again!

Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und wunderschön renoviert. Der Garten ist liebevoll angelegt und der Pool klein, aber absolut ausreichend. Chianni ist ein sehr hübscher Ort mit fantastischen Restaurants undman fühlt sich immer willkommen. Die Hausbesitzern ist sehr freundlich und kümmert sich sofort um alles. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Loué 2 semaines, mais pas assez parceque trop bien. Couple la 40n avec 2 ado, juill-aout 2015 : La maison très bien restaurée, est dans un écrin de verdure, entourée de montagnes, baignée par le soleil et par le chant des oiseaux. Ne la cherchez pas, vous ne la trouverez que guidé par les propriétaires. Ancien mas de campagne, la demeure a été entièrement refaite avec tout le confort : vaisselle amplement suffisante (y compris cafetière électrique à filtres), canapé de qualité, grande table avec chaises en paille en bon état, frigo de taille normal pour 4 personnes, grandes chambres comme sur les photos avec 3 lits king size à l'étage, literie de très bonne qualité dans laquelle vous n'aurez pas mal au dos, salle de bains petite mais correcte (qui manque de stockage pour les produits de beauté et chambre parentale qui manque d'armoire de rangement). vous trouverez également 2 lits séparés juxtant la salle à manger/salon au rez-de-chaussée ainsi que la plus grande des 2 salles de bains. Cheminée feu de bois, four à pain, cette maison typique est géniale. On s'y sent vraiment bien. Le seul bémol est à porter sur l'aménagement des extérieurs en 3 paliers avec beaucoup d'escaliers qui ne sont pas forcément très praticables. Sauf sportif, personnes âgées ou handicapées s'abstenir, jeunes enfants faire attention. Piscine excellente et très bien entretenue. Eau à mi-hauteur d'homme parfaite pour se refroidir et se prélasser en vacances sans avoir peur de couler. La situation est idéal aussi parceque à 1 heure de toutes les grandes destinations : Florence, Pise, Sienne, Volterra, San Gimignano... et la Toscane est une région tellement belle. Je vous souhaite de passer un séjour aussi merveilleux que le notre. Bonnes vacances

Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage mit Pool. Das lauteste dort, waren die Zikaden. Es war alles vorhanden was man brauchte. Die nette Vermieterin hatte von der Grillkohle bis zum Spülmaschinentab alles besorgt. Der Ort Chianni ist mit dem Auto in 3-4 min. erreichbar. Dort gibt es alles was man so braucht. Es war alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub. Die Lage ist auch als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Florenz, Pisa oder Luca ideal. Unsere erste Buchung über Fewo Direkt und wir haben es nicht bereut.

Super, Simona war eine hervorragende Gastgeberin, immer ansprechbar. Das Haus ist so, wie man sich die Häuser in der Toskana vorstellt, einfach aber pur, alles sauber und für die warmen Tage auch mit Klimaanlage. Die Zimmer sind groß, die Küche ist wie üblich der zentrale Ort im Haus. Der Pool ist das I-Tüpfelchen, nach einem Tag unterwegs die pure Erfrischung. Es sollte aber allen Reisenden in diese Gegend klar sein, mal eben nach Florenz oder Siena ist nicht, man lebt auf dem Land und fährt sich sprichwörtlich einen Wolf. Dafür ist die Stille am Ort der absolute Balsam. Ich habe auch nachts selten so viele Sterne gesehen. Wer etwas in der Bewegung eingeschränkt ist, sollte sich aber nach einem anderen Objekt umsehen, weil die Treppen im Garten doch recht verwinkelt sind. Der Ort Chianni, was soll ich sagen, einfach Grande, die Bar Central ist für alle der Anlaufpunkt, im Kramladen gibt es alles, auch guten Wein, sogar eine Apotheke ist vorhanden. Und wer nicht innerhalb von spätestens 24 Stunden wie ein Italiener autofährt, sollte nach Holland fahren. Bitte besorgt Euch das Mückenmittel mit dem namens Dschungel aus Italien, wirkt am besten. Das Haus hat geniale Insekten-Schutzgitter vor den Fenstern, die helfen super. Apropos, der nächste Supermarkt ist 14 Km entfernt, es gibt entweder einen coop oder eine Conad, dort gibt es alles, auch Holzkohle für den Grill im Garten. Wir haben uns auf jeden Fall sehr wohl gefühlt! Zu ein gepflegtes und gutes Abendessen ist das Chianni Bistro zu empfehlen, kleine Karte aber gut. Wir haben uns auf jeden Fall sehr wohl gefühlt.

Casa Morgana è davvero un fantastico posto per rilassarsi e divertirsi con un bel gruppo di amici. C'era tutta l'attrezzatura e i servizi per fare tante attività durante il soggiorno. Siamo stati una settimana, una delle più calde dell'estate, ma grazie ai condizionatori siamo stati benissimo. La piscina non è grandissima, va bene comunque per divertirsi in 6/8 adulti. Chianni è davvero carina, vicina a tante altre città da visitare. Simona è molto gentile e disponibile.

Das renovierte alte typisch toskanische Häuschen war super schön und hat zum Entspannen eingeladen. Der eigene Pool, welcher zweimal die Woche gesäubert wurde, wie die Sitzmöglichkeiten draussen waren super. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Klimaanlage gab es in allen Schlafzimmer, welche im Juli absolut notwendig waren. Eine Grillstelle gibt es auch auf dem Grundstück. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war super nett und immer schnell. Für uns waren die Matratzen nicht ganz so bequem, dies empfindet aber immer jeder individuell. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und naturnah, man ist aber zu Fuß in 25min und mit dem Auto in 5 min in der Stadt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Nous revenons d'une semaine en Toscane dans la maison de Simona. C'est une jolie maison mitoyenne (il n'y avait pas d'occupant à côté lors de notre séjour), bien équipée, et décorée avec goût. Les moustiquaires aux fenêtres sont un vrai plus car les moustiques étaient omni présents cet été. La maison est assez grande avec ses 4 chambres et ses 2 salles d'eau. Deux bémols selon nous, pas de micro onde (ce n'est pas insurmontable mais on voit combien on est habitué à s'en servir !!) et surtout la piscine étant très souvent à l'ombre dans la journée, l'eau est froide même avec les grosses chaleur d'été. Mais dans l'ensemble, nous avons bien aimé notre séjour à Chianni.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au calme. La maison a été rénovée avec goût et très bien entretenue. Les 4 chambres sont dotées d’une bonne literie et les 2 salles de bains sont belles et bien équipées. Cependant, quelques remarques pour 8 personnes, le volume d’eau est souvent un peu limité, les équipements de la cuisine pourraient être complété (micro onde, frigo plus grand, cafetière plus grande, aspirateur plus efficace, grille pain, bouilloire ). Pour la piscine, il faudrait préciser les dimensions et la profondeur afin d’éviter l’étonnement du début de séjour. Enfin, l’annonce ne mentionnait pas la vue de la maison mitoyenne sur notre espace de vie. Malgré tout, nous avons passé dans cette maison typique 2 semaines formidables au cœur de la toscane.

Unser Urlaub in der Toskana war ein voller Erfolg. Das kleine Häuschen nahe Chianni hatte dabei einen sehr großen Anteil. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Das Landhaus mit Pool ist zwar etwas schwierig zu finden, da es außerhalb des Ortes Chianni an einen Schotterweg liegt, aber dafür ist es wirklich idyllisch dort. Nadelbäume spenden ausreichend Schatten an heißen Tagen. Und die Feigen- und Mirabellenbäume, eine Kräuterecke und viele typische Stauden und Pflanzen machen den Außenbereich mit Außengrill und mit mehreren Sitzecken zum Essen und Chillen wirklich gemütlich. Es ist kein künstlich eingerichtetes Touristenhäuschen, sondern sehr authentisch und fast schon historisch, mit den typischen roten Fensterläden. Und der Pool ist das Sahnehäubchen . An die Stufen im Außenbereich gewöhnt man sich schnell. Der Innenbereich ist liebevoll und mit Blick fürs Details im Landhausstil eingerichtet. Alle wichtigen Geräte, Kochutensilien und Geschirr sind vorhanden. Zu ergänzen wären eventuell ausreichend Weingläser, um die tollen und exklusiven Weine der Gegend noch mehr genießen zu können. Die Ankunft und Betreuung vor Ort ist auch sehr gut organisiert. Die wirklich nette Gastgeberin hat uns persönlich empfangen und alles gezeigt. Sie war jederzeit erreichbar und stand für Fragen und Antworten sowie Empfehlungen zur Verfügung. Sehr professionell! Herzlichen Dank für eine tolle Zeit in der Casa M. !

We were a group of 7 people and had an amazing time in this house! Simona was super welcoming and helpful. The house is beautifully renovated and cosy and the garden and pool area are ideal for relaxing! It is an amazing location for exploring the surrounding cities like Florence, San Gimignano and Pisa and there are some great beaches nearby. We had one wonderful week and would recommend this house to anyone that wants to spend a relaxing holiday in Tuscany!

De ontvangst door Simona is hartelijk en ze geeft een duidelijke uitleg. Het huis biedt alle voorzieningen voor een aangenaam verblijf. De prijs kwaliteit verhouding is goed. De locatie is erg rustig. Het huis is gesitueerd op een terrein wat grenst aan twee andere verblijven, waar je niets van merkt. Het zwembad is perfect voor verkoeling tijdens de hete zomers. Vanuit Chianni kun je alle historische hoogtepunten bezoeken zoals: Lucca, Pisa, Volterra, San Gimignano, Siena, Florence. De reisduur is 45 minuten tot 1:45 huur. Het dorp Chianni heeft meerdere kleine supermarkten, barretjes en restaurants. Een grote supermarkt (conad) is ongeveer 25 minuten rijden. Het terrein kent verschillende niveaus (meerdere trapjes). Je moet zelf handdoeken meenemen verder is alles aanwezig o.a.: kruiden, (af)wasmiddel, speelgoed voor de kids. Toscane is populair, advies: plan je uitstapjes en houdt rekening met wachttijden voor bezienswaardigheden of boek tickets online. Wanneer je de coördinaten van de locatie invoert in de navigatie, kun je het huis goed vinden.

Une jolie maison bien entretenue et aménagée avec beaucoup de goût. Nous avons pu visiter La Toscane et ses jolis villages et villes à 1 heure de voiture environ. Le seul hic,la piscine trop ombragée et trop froide pour nous et c'est dommage surtout après des journées de visite avec soleil. Nous étions 2 couples avec 4 enfants tout le monde a trouvé son bonheur dans ce coin de paradis. Merci à Simona et son mari pour l'accueil, une location avec un excellent rapport qualité prix.

Charmante maison située au coeur de la campagne Toscane, très calme, paysages superbes. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Simona qui s'est montrée très disponible notamment pour notre arrivée tardive ! la situation géographique est idéale nous avons pu nous rendre facilement dans les plus belles villes Italiennes, Florence, Pise, Sienne et plus... Petit bémol sur les aménagements extérieurs pas toujours pratiques pour le quotidien, nous avons cependant bien apprécié la piscine ! N'hésitez pas !

Idéalement située dans le cœur de la Toscane et entourée par des paysages à couper le souffle, cette maison entièrement retapée sera pour vos vacances un lieu idéal pour goûter aux plaisirs de cette région et de l'Italie en général. La maison est correctement équipée et la description correspond à la réalité. Simona vous accueillera chaleureusement dans une maison propre et bien entretenue. L'extérieur est un véritable plaisir avec sa petite terrasse ombragée, le barbecue et bien évidemment la piscine !! Nous vous recommandons vivement cette location, d'un excellent rapport qualité / prix !! Seul point négatif de notre séjour: la chaleur...Un été 2015 extraordinairement chaud, et la température des chambres à l'étage sous les toits est montée au delà des 30 degrés. Simona a de suite réagi en nous apportant trois ventilateurs pour pouvoir brasser l'air la nuit (les fenêtres sont équipées de moustiquaires, ce qui permet de laisser tout ouvert la nuit). Florence, Sienne, Pise, Volterra, San Giminiano vous tendent les bras !!!
