Beautiful apartment just renovated 1 bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen The apartment is located in one of the most exclusive streets of the historic center of Rome, Via Giulia, has just been restored by me and my husband, is on the ground floor of a magnificent palace of the 1600s. It is structured as follows: a double bedroom which leads to a complete bathroom with a grance shower and a window that leads into an inner courtyard, then there is a nice large living room with a dining corner and a sofa that can be transformed into two single beds.Among the two rooms there is a small kitchen, equipped with everything, you will also find the basic spice oil, vinegar, coffee etc. The linen is supplied as soap and toilet paper. The apartment is ideal for two people but suitable for a family of 4 people willing to share a bathroom only. In the house there is air conditioning in every room, even if the house is cool in summer and warm in winter. Electric radiators are also in the bathroom and bedroom. Throughout the apartment you have a good free WIFI connection and a satellite television with all channels. You can go on foot to go shopping at the Campo dei Fiori market, or to hear the Pope appearing on the balcony at San Pietro, all in 10 minutes on foot. The Pantheon, Piazza Navona and the Trevi Fountain are equally close. At the same time you will enjoy an unusual calm and silence for a street in the historic center of Rome.
For stays longer than a week I have to ask you € 50 for a cleaning and change of linen. You can arrive on any day of the week, I will welcome you or my husband, that we are the owners of the apartment and we can give you more information about the neighborhood and things to do.
If you choose this apartment, you will not need a car, because you will be able to visit all the Roman centers of interest on foot.
