The quiet street location with easy accessibility into the heart of historic center was great. The decor was top notch - a touch of Roman ruin mixed with modern taste.
I don’t believe it is the guests’ responsibility to make sure hot water is available or to replace the batteries in the remote for the a/c. We informed the management but no one came. Instead, we were asked (uselessly) by text if it was still cold after letting it run for 30 seconds. Yes, we all ended up taking freezing cold showers and hand baths.
