Property - was an excellent location
Slight deviations in the floor that are not marked caused a tripping hazard. Very hard to get the code for the key box to work and it was in a dark place. Needed 2 people to get the lock box open.

The apartment was in an excellent location. Very big and comfortable. Check in was very easy and it was ready for us early as we had alot of luggage and didn't fancy having to lug it around with us until 3pm.
The cleaning lady that arrived on the day we left was extremely rude which really surprised us as it was our first encounter of rudeness during our whole week in Rome.
