Fabulous apartment and location, but depending on length of stay you may want to bring your own toilet paper as only a limited amount is supplied.

Rented this property for a family visit to Rome for sightseeing and to enjoy the culture. Our travel dates were July 21-26. I knew the weather would be hot, so I was sure to select a property with air conditioning.While the property details do indicate the unit has AC, it is important to understand there is an access key to get in the apartment door, and that key must also be inserted in a slot once inside the apartment to activate the electrical power. So when you leave, you have to take the access key with you, meaning there is no power to the AC during your absence. Upon return from a day of sightseeing, the apartment is extremely hot and it takes hours to cool down! The AC is also under-powered. There are three units in three separate rooms, but not one of those rooms ever got below 23 celcius, even after running all night. Has AC but never gets cool!We were also only given one set of keys, meaning we always had to come and go together. Not ideal for 3 adults and an 11-year old. I requested an additional set and was told they were working on it. They never followed up.Communication with the owner was not good. They were 20 minutes late to check us in even though I notified them of our arrival time.On a positive note, the location was good. Within 20 minutes walk of most sightseeing attractions.
