A very pleasant place to stay for a few nights to explore the region.

Rooms were nice with little detail in the design. The bathroom was standard and very clean and the bed was very comfy. Italian breakfast (cornetto) with good coffee and a glass of juice.

Beautiful villa, very kind and friendly personnel. Possible self check in after midnight!! Kids younger than 18 are free of charge. Perfect and tasty breakfast also with gluten free muffins, bread etc. free parking in the courtyard. Beautifully restored place also

Pleasant and comfortable stay

Location was great - walking distance to town square. This is a simple hotel in a beautiful building with simple but impeccably kept rooms and elegant common areas. Only a simple continental breakfast is available but the fresh pastries are great.

Three nights at Aviano

The staff was great and helped us plenty of times. The hotel is well decorated and has a historic villa feel. The breakfast was a large croissant with choices of filling and decent cappuccino. The table had many other quick breakfast options like packaged cakes, toast, and jelly as well.

First night the A/C was not functioning and was very hot. It was late when we returned to the hotel. Since the staff is not there 24 hours we dealt with the heat that night. I did not know we could have called the staff even late at night for help. The staff resolved the issue the next morning and didn't have a problem with the A/C again.

Beautiful place and nice hosts

The room on first floor right next to the breakfast room is extremely noisy very early in the morning. Should not be used or inform guest that they will be waken up at 630am

great condition very vintage, the breakfast is amazing every morning and the host are so kind and very flexible when it comes to time. The beds were great and comfortable. conveniently to a lot of local restaurants and walkable to each. 10/10 experience will come back again.

Atypical place, comfy but maybe not perfect for a business stay.

Quiet place in the town, very nice building with some interesting history, recent refurbishment of the whole property . Comfortable bed, and nice bathroom.

Strange concierge system for such price. Breakfast starting at 7.30 late for an early business meeting in the surroundings. Room under the roof large but low on the head above the beds.

Poor at best

I arrived at the hotel 8 0clock at night after a 10 hour drive all the doors were locked it was pitch black and raining, it took 20 minutes before I finally got hold of the receptionist and he came and let me in. He then said breakfast starts at 7 am I had an appointment at 7: 45 so was pushed for time. I went for breakfast at 7am and nobody was around and the breakfast room was locked, the same guy from the night before turned up at 7:15 without a care in the world and trying to make excuses as to why he's late. I literally had rush drinking my coffee and eat my cold ham toastie. Would never stay there again Terrible attitude from the staff.
