Fantastic staff! Great location, near the center of the city. Good breakfast. Bar is open 24/7 for hotel guests. Coffee, ice and water is free 24/7.

A great stay

Personnel was great! Extremely tidy and functional hotel - maybe recently renovated as everything seemed brand new. Parking on the was convenient and secure. The breakfast was one of the best ones I've seen. The restaurant next door was very good.

Very helpful staff in a perfect location with Ample parking.

Beds were extremely worn, mold in bathroom. Biggest issue is the light on the step was extremely bright and made sleep difficult.

Great value for money! One of the best hotels in Italy

Perfect hotel in Aviano, great value for money, location, parking, spacious and clean room and bathroom, little balcony. The most important thing for me, since I travel with my dog is that the hotel is full pet friendly, and this one was superb in that regard. The staff was super friendly and they were there to help with anything but at the same time they do not hover over you, which is great. Excellent breakfast, 24/7 coffee, tea, water available at the hotel restaurant for free which was a nice surprise. There is nothing I didn’t like about this hotel and I’m always on the road. Highly recommended and will definitely come again when I’m in the area. The local pizza place with a delicious pizza/pasta nest door. Very convenient. The staff spoke perfect English! Which for Italy is a rare thing.

This is my favorite place to stay when I need to visit the area! The staff always make you feel welcome & relaxed. T

Love the location, quiet yet in walking distance to stores & restaurants. Parking available & included. The front patio is so relaxing, sit & have a beverage, eat take out meal, play a game. Breakfast is a great mix, you won’t go away hungry. They leave out the fruit & some side snacks for you to enjoy when you need a snack; coffee & tea 24 hrs! The staff are the best! They allow pets to stay with you… no hassle either, only a small daily fee!

Very good hotel that exceeded expectations

Hotel Oliva was a delight to stay in for my Aviano visit. Facilities were great, the staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was all you need. Having a laundry room was a plus I needed instead a local laundromat. Good value the money, I would stay there again anytime I visit the area again.

I like softer pillows, my only dislike. Most hotels seem to have memory foam bricks in Italy and they are not comfortable.

The property was exceptionally clean and located in the perfect place for our needs (volleyball tournament at the air base and Venice was only an hour away). The staff was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a wonderful spread. We would stay here again!

Absolutely GREAT!

I stayed at this hotel upon arrival in Italy, July 1984. It is now very modernized, staff was fantastic, beautiful scene of the foohills.

No issue very enjoyable, and loved watching my Daughters faces as they began to see Italy for the 1st time.
