This comfortable two bedroom apartment is located in a small building with a total of four apartments, in the heart of Cala San Vicente, just a few minutes from the fine sandy beach.
In the village there is a small supermarket, beach bars and various restaurants
The living room is cozy, open and bright, there is satellite TV and a sofa, which can also be used as a sofa bed for 1 child.
The small American built-in kitchen has a dining table, 2 hotplates, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker.
A large glass door leads to a large balcony with sun loungers and a dining table with chairs. The view goes into the surrounding landscape.
The bedrooms have a double bed and once two single beds, equipped with wall closets.
The two bathrooms are shower rooms
A large communal pool can be used by the guests. This is just 280 meters away.
For 4-5 persons this apartment is an ideal holiday accommodation
Important: in order to get into the apartment a few steps have to be gone, so this holiday home is not handicapped accessible.

Enjoyed our 11 day stay in Sep 24. Apartment very spacious and has everything you need for a chilled out Stay. Views from Balcony wonderful and close to all the beaches and Restaurants.
The only difficulties we had were getting a parking space nearby and TV channels were all German.

The apartment was in a lovely location, with great access to beaches, pool, a small shop and a bus stop. In the most beautiful area! We had great communication speed with the host. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it.
It was a lot more spacious than we had anticipated and we really appreciated the modern bathrooms. The floor however felt quite dirty even though we kept our shoes off and didn't bring sand into the apartment. The kitchen could have also done with a couple more amenities/supplies such as a saucepan.

We had a lovely time at this well-located apartment. I took our toddler with me, and the place came equipped with highchair and cot, which was great.
At the time we visited there was some noisy building work being carried out in a house behind the apartment. This went on 8-4 every day and could be heard loudly in the apartment. Not ideal if you have small child who needs to nap during the day. Also, the washing machine did not work. The staff were lovely and on hand, but there was nothing they could do about the loud noise, or the washing machine.
