Chalet Can Francisco is a splendid four-bedroom chalet offering breathtaking mountain views. Located just a few minutes' drive from the beautiful beaches of Puerto Pollensa and the charming old town of Pollensa, this chalet seamlessly blends modern elegance with traditional charm.
The property boasts spacious interiors, high ceilings with wooden beams, and light-colored walls that create a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The large living room, overlooking lush gardens, is an ideal spot to unwind. Additionally, the enormous swimming pool invites you to cool off and bask in the sun in a peaceful and private setting.
Upon arrival at Chalet Can Francisco, you'll be greeted by an impressive pergola covered in green leaves that provide continuous shade along the driveway. Upon stepping through the main door, you'll immediately feel the warmth and charm of the place. To the left, a spacious dining area with a table and six chairs offers the perfect setting for family meals. To the right, a vast living room with comfortable sofas beckons you to enjoy engaging conversations, delve into a good book, or watch your favorite TV show.
From the living room, stairs lead us to the upper floor, where we find a bedroom with two beds and a spacious master bedroom with a built-in wardrobe. Between these two rooms is a bathroom with a shower. On the other side of the stairs, there's another master bedroom with stunning mountain views and an en-suite bathroom featuring a bathtub and a separate shower, as well as two sinks. This floor boasts an elegant wooden railing that offers an open view to the living room. The entire house is adorned with a variety of paintings, from abstracts and landscapes to animal portraits, adding a unique charm to this beautiful chalet.
At both the top and bottom of the stairs, there's the option to install child safety gates. All bedrooms, the living room, and the dining area are equipped with hot/cold air conditioning. Following local energy-saving initiatives, the air conditioning is programmed to operate in all units from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM and from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. The air conditioning in the living room and dining area is available at all times. Additionally, Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
The exterior of Chalet Can Francisco is truly a unique space. Its beautiful gardens, adorned with trees, plants, and palm trees, provide the perfect setting for children to play while adults enjoy the sun, a game of table tennis, or a nap in the comfortable hammocks. Chalet Can Francisco is located 5 km from the town of Pollensa and 2 km from Puerto Pollensa, accessible on foot in 25 minutes or by car in just 2 minutes. In Pollensa, you'll find a variety of shops, a cultural center, Pollensa market, restaurants, cafes, and bars. Additionally, traditional shops and churches contribute to the historical charm of the city. Enjoy the lively evening atmosphere and participate in local activities. On Sundays, don't miss the local farmer's market in the main square, where you'll find an abundance of fresh and local vegetables, fruits, and spices.

The whole holiday was amazing. The villa the location and for a family holiday you can’t beat Puerto Pollensa. We were a family of 9 and everything was fantastic. What I would say is if you are thinking of hiring a villa for a week please choose Owl Booking, All the staff from the moment I enquired to the moment we left the villa they were first class in sorting everything out. Car highly recommended even though it is walkable to the beach. Lovely and safe garden for toddlers. We were a large group and there was plenty space. More than enough sun beds and air conditioning was very efficient. A bit of a pain taking rubbish out as there isn’t a bin nearby but you get used to it. Overall a super Villa and being safe for children was top of our list.

We really enjoyed staying here, the villa was well equipped with most of what we needed. The outside space and pool area really made the stay for us, so many spaces with options for sun and shade.
There were a few things that could make the villa even better, maybe upgrading the loungers and the lock on the patio door needs fixed. But we would definitely recommend the villa and would happily stay here again.
