This bright apartment has two bedrooms and is part of a small apartment block with 4 comfortable apartments, in the heart of the small seaside resort of Cala San Vicente, in the northwest of the island of Mallorca.
Two sandy beaches are located nearby and can be reached on foot (250 m).
The living room with dining area is comfortably furnished and has satellite TV. From here, a large glass door leads to the cozy terrace with four sunbeds, a small table with chairs and a wonderful view of the surrounding green countryside, to the sea.
Two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with 2 single beds, modern and the beds have Nordic mass. In the living room the couch can be used as an extra bed.
The small kitchen has a gas stove, elec. Oven, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker.
There are 2 bathrooms.
Guests of this holiday apartment can use a beautiful large pool nearby. (280 m)
The small town of Cala St. Vicente is framed by beautiful mountain scenery and many large, old pines give this village a special character. The driveway from the main road (Pollenca Puerto Pollenca) to Cala St. Vicente performs exceptionally beautiful landscape with meadows, fields and scattered farmhouses.
Two small bays with fine sand and crystal clear water are located in the place. There are some holiday homes, private residences and a few hotels, as well as restaurants and cafes, a small supermarket and pharmacy, ATM and a bus to Pollenca.

There is a lovely view from the terrace over to the mountains and towards the sea.
The apartment has no pool, but clients can use the one located at a near by Apt. Complex, just 280 mts. away.

We had a wonderful family stay at Apartment Diadora Grande. The apartment was well-equipped and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Its location was perfect—just a pleasant 5-minute walk to a beautiful beach with a gentle slope into the sea, ideal for our children. The surroundings were peaceful and picturesque, making our stay even more enjoyable. Ursula was an excellent host, attentive and helpful throughout our stay. We highly recommend this apartment and would love to return in the future . Pavel, Gabi and kids.

Have nothing but good things to say. If you look for a place that will give you the opportunity to recharge your battery the this apartment in Cala San Vicente is the place for you.

Cala St Vicente is a beautiful little cove in a very picturesque part of Majorca.
Our favourite beach was Cala Molins a beautiful beach with clear water where you can snorkel and swim with fish.
Our apartment was disappointing as there was no air con and it was extremely hard to sleep at night. Fans were provided but it was still very hot in the apartment. It was also made worse by the fact that you couldn’t have the main bedroom window open at night because the steps out of the property out to the road were shared by another apartment and these were outside the bedroom window with no security from the street above. It would have felt unsafe to sleep with the window open. Also the washing machine is also shared with another apartment and this is outside the main bedroom window some nights this was on until 10.30pm.
The kids bedroom has doors to the balcony that can be left open but as the main bedroom is so far from the kids room we felt it unsafe to leave them open all night, therefore it made the apartment even hotter.
The bathroom facilities were great and couldn’t fault them.
The kitchen was a little disappointing it has a tiny area to prepare any food.
However the apartment is only a 5 minute walk from two beautiful beaches, 2 minutes from the local supermarket and the bus stop to Port Pollensa and Pollensa. It also has some lovely restaurants.
