We stayed for more than a week to get the feel of retiring in the Philippines. There are lots of expats that meet up every Tuesdays and Fridays The location is a high-end place, and traffic is not as bad as Manila and other cities. The place is near Batangas, where white sand beaches are. Lots of tourist attractions. And if you're from a cold country, this is the best place to be.
Informations on where to do laundry and garbage. Information on how to use wifi for watching Youtube. We are new in the Philippines. This information would help.

The hosts and caretaker were responsive and kind, but despite their quick replies, the issues we reported were not resolved during our stay.
The kitchen facilities were poor. The stove wasn’t functioning properly and couldn’t heat enough to cook even simple meals. Some of the kitchenware was also dirty and had to be washed before use.
Additionally, the internet connection was very slow, to the point that we preferred using mobile data instead.
