I liked this property for a number of reasons. First, it was close to where I was working. Second, it is on a good stretch where there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment itself had everything I needed and was very clean and well cared for. Ganna was a great host; communicating with me often and meeting me in person for me. Considering the war is still going on, of course we had some power outages and shelling nearby, but I was never really worried in this apartment and it also, gladly, stayed relatively warm even though it was very cold outside and we had scheduled outages. I would highly recommend this property.

I can’t say I disliked anything about it.

The apartment was clean and with good maintenance. Completely like on the pictures. The host was very polite and nice. All the house equipment was working properly (we didn`t use air conditioner as we were with the kid but for the rest everything was good). Big supermarkets and couple of nice restaurants are near by. Close to the metro station (2 minutes walk).

4th floor with no elevator. we did a mistake not to ask about it. Neighbor granny was some times asking strange things, but it is not linked to the apartment itself.
