Гарне розташування, відповідає фото. Вікна у двір, тому у квартирі тихо. Дуже приємні менеджери. Можна з тваринами - поруч багато зелених зон та прогулянок, а також закладів для сніданку/обіду/вечері. Прямо біля під’їзду зупинка громадського транспорту
Помешкання не може на це глобально вплинути, але сусіди на поверсі палять у підʼїзді прямо під дверима помешкання, запах стоїть жахливий. У помешкання тягне не сильно, завдяки двом дверям. Останній поверх, у кухні чутно як на даху шурхотять миші та голуби. Замок у вбиральню потребує ремонту або заміни

Дуже зручна локація - поруч парки та Сумський ринок, в квартирі є все необхідне (від посуду до праски), чисто, охайно та затишно. Дякую за відпочинок!

Есть 2 кондиционера, если холодно, можно включить, чтобы согреться. Есть микроволновка, чтобы разогреть еду, стиральная машина и немного не понятно, почему нет шторки в ванной комнате) Стулья немного треснутые , но в целом топ за свои деньги.
