Frente al mar

The location was great, a short walk from the bus stops and beach with lots of supermarkets, bars, restaurants close by. Very secure gated complex, front door had very secure locking system and there was a locked gate on the balcony. Most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Toilet paper and toiletries provided. The layout/space is really good, I did stay there on my own, it would be great for 2 people but maybe a bit small for 3/4.

A bit scruffy in places - none of this really affects the use of the property, it's just to make you aware that while the apartment looks stunning in the photographs, this is not exactly what you will be getting. Shower tray cracked above drainage outlet. Previous water damage is obvious in the bedroom/bathroom. The door frame to the bathroom was burst at the bottom and it is very difficult to open/close the bathroom door. One wall in the bedroom has been plastered and not painted. At the side of the bed next to the bathroom, the floor is really lumpy (not good on bare feet). The tiles have been taken up and a piece of the bathroom flooring has been laid over it. The washing machine is very small, you will only get a few items in at a time. The door of the washing machine is also broken and you have to lift it into place to close it. Lots of other broken items, ie dining room chairs and one of the metal chairs. Very small towels provided and no tea towels. No hairdryer - I bought one and left it behind for the next person. I didn't find the swimming pool, it appeared to be in another phase of the development and there were no instructions/keys on how to access it. I assume you had to walk outside the property, up the hill and enter via another gate. Checking in - having been given a pin code by Booking.com I expected to find the entry process easy/quick. However, on arrival at the complex there were no key boxes in sight. I had to retrieve my booking and call the owner. He then sent numerous messages/videos showing how to access the property. The key box was actually around the back on a quieter street and hidden behind a hedge. The key box was really difficult to close/reset, especially when leaving at 2.30am in the dark. Please note the property is on the 1st Floor, there was a lift but it didn't seem to work, or I didn't have a key for it.

Beautifully furnished and comfortable jn a great location. Owner replied to any queries very promptly and was very obliging. Apartment is well equipped for cooking (not that we did any). Bathroom was roomy and clean.

Balcony was small and only one outdoor chair provided. Pool area was nice bit there was no other areas to enjoy the sun outside in the complex bar around the pool. There was no safe or hairdryer supplied. Although the complex was very secure so the lack of a safe wasn't a deal breaker.

This property is located just off the beach. The location couldn’t be better. it is close to restaurants shops, bars on the seafront and to Castillo de el Bil Bil where we attended a wonderful classical music concert.

It was located in a beautiful development which is really quiet and immaculately maintained. The pool is lovely, sheltered and secluded. The apartment is very secure and safe. The apartment itself has everything you need including a very well equipped kitchen, a good Bathroom with a strong and spacious shower etc. It is not a new apartment and shows some evidence of wear but this is compensated by the other good things I’ve listed. We would definitely go again.
