This incredible apartment is located in the Benalbeach complex and has 2 excellent terraces with garden views. A perfect apartment to spend a few vacation days just 5 minutes from the beach, restaurants and shops.

The apartment has 1 double bed and there is also a sofa bed in the living room. The apartment is very bright and is fully equipped with everything necessary. Including... Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, TV, Wifi and a large open-plan living room that opens to the dining terrace.
The official capacity of the apartment is 3 people according to current regulations. If you have any special needs or are a group of 4, do not hesitate to consult us before booking.

Our company is exclusively dedicated to rental management, so any query or incident related to common areas should be directed to the building administration or the corresponding personnel.
Benal Beach is a well-known complex located directly in front of the beach. We have a wide range of facilities for you to enjoy during your stay, including 5 pools, slides, gym, and supermarket.
The building has elevators.
Total access to the common areas such as the 5 pools with slides, gardens, hammocks (for a fee), bar, pool bar, restaurant, game room, etc. There is also a supermarket located on the ground floor open Monday through Sunday.
CHECK-IN: 24h Reception. Entry at any time from 3 PM (except from June 15th to September 15th - entry from 4 PM onwards). Early entry before the official check-in time, upon request and with a supplement of 20€ if possible.
POOLS: Only one pool will remain open during the winter season. For maintenance, it will alternate between the large pool (non-heated) and the mermaid pool (heated to 23°)
The opening hours of pools and slides may vary depending on the season and do not depend on Benalcoast Properties, nor can we accept claims for this reason or for pool closure.
PARKING: Parking space subject to availability.
Community satellite television, subject to community signal - we are not responsible for loss of signal.

- Dolphinarium and Penguin of Selwo Marina - Park that houses the only Dolphinarium and Ice Penguin in Andalusia.
There are 1.3 km from the Arroyo de la Miel train station to Benalbeach: Atenas Gym is in the complex with daily and weekly rates that you can consult directly with them. Taxi and bus stops are located at the entrance of the complex.

The apartment is beautiful and well-furnished, and very clean. The kitchen is small but has everything you need for a vacation.The large terrace is fabulous and well-equipped, with a magnificent view of the mountains and the sea. The second terrace is small and has the air conditioning compressor, so it can only be used for hanging laundry to dry.Unfortunately, I had problems with the Wi-Fi, because the one indicated in the information book doesn't exist. There's another one written by hand, but the password is incorrect. The office couldn't help me because they insisted I follow the instructions in the information book. Only after an hour of trying did I find the correct password (one number less than the one indicated in the book). The QR code for the appliance instructions leads to an empty folder.

Lovely apartment, spotlessly clean with fresh white linen and towels, amazing terrace with sun in afternoon and a shadier balcony with seating at the side , well equipped with everything you need for a perfect self catering stay. Great location for bars , restaurants and shops. Good communication with hosts.
