For shared use: garden with lawn, swimming pool (depth 120 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 30.Sep.). Shower/WC in the pool area. Shop 10 m, restaurant 50 m, bus stop 100 m, railway station 1.5 km, sandy beach 50 m. Sports harbour 1.5 km. Nearby attractions: Junto al Parque de la Paloma, Puerto Marina 1.5 km, Sea Life, Selwoo Marina. Please note: no lift. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Groups of young people are not allowed. Not recommended for people with reduced mobility. El apartamento es espacioso y tiene todo lo necesario. Está muy cerca de la playa y es una urbanización muy tranquila.

Bonne location et Interhome Espagne très bien merci pour leur réactivité Location parfaite pour les vacances en familles surtout avec deux superbes piscines et la plage juste à côté, sans compter tout les restaurants qui nous ont régalés
