Beautiful and recently renovated villa provided with all comforts and with direct access to the sea. It is characterized by a charming interior décor, that brings together objects of the traditional Mediterranean style with other of a more contemporary touch. Another important feature is represented by its location and its disposition on various terraced levels (from the top parking area down to the sea), with several relax corners, equipped with stone-built sofas with cushions and offering a fantastic view of the sea.
The property is composed of the main body – the Villa -, built on two floors, and of the annex, located further down towards the sea.
On the upper floor of the Villa there are 3 bedrooms (2 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom with a queen-size bed) and 2 bathrooms with shower. One of the double bedrooms is bigger (master bedroom with en-suite bathroom), has a beautiful sea-view and gives onto a terrace with panoramic sea-view. The adjoined single bedroom also benefits of the sea-view and of access to the same terrace. This bedroom and the other double bedroom share the bathroom with shower accessible from the passageway. Here, a beautiful spiral stone staircase leads down to the ground floor, where there is the bright living area, characterized by wide glass windows overlooking the terrace and the sea. A dividing wall running half the width of the area splits it in: on one side, the large island- and fully equipped kitchen with adjoined dining space, provided with an 8/10 seat table; on the other, the sitting space furnished with sofas, armchairs and thermo-fireplace (with heating convector system to all the other rooms), TV and Hi-Fi. In this part of the house there is a small toilet (no shower). Going outside from the living area there opens a vast shaded patio with a wonderful sea-view, equipped with garden furniture and a 10-seat table, and provided with a barbecue corner. The patio extends onto a beautiful terrace paved with the typical local stones, where a few steps lead down to the second terraced level, where stone-built sofas with cushions allow to enjoy the amazing view of the sea. Further down, the third terraced level hosts the annex, built in the style of a trullo, with a king-size bedroom and en-suite bathroom with shower; outside, there is a space provided with showers (with hot water), very useful when coming up after a nice swim. Finally, at the bottom level a small gate gives access to a pathway with a few steps that leads, at about 30 mt, to rocks (public property) and then to a small cove; here a concrete-built platform (provided with sunbeds) and a few steps allow to easily plunge into the turquoise sea. FIY: it is advisable to wear sports- or other type of comfortable shoes so to walk smoothly onto the rocks.
AMENITIES: big fridge-freezer, dishwasher and several small kitchen appliances; air conditioning in all rooms; thermo-fireplace in the living area, with heating convector system to the whole house; Wi-Fi; satellite TV; Hi-Fi; sound-diffusion system in the whole house; BBQ; 2 external showers with hot water; 6 sunbeds and 2 beach umbrellas; parking spaces (2/3 covered + 1 uncovered); outdoor laundry space.
The Villa is very comfortable and made for people who love experiencing a more direct contact with nature and with the sea. It is possible, upon request, to enjoy lovely lunch/dinner made of typical courses prepared at home by a private chef.
The weekly rates include: consumption of water, gas and electricity (up to maximum weekly 150 kWh; overconsumption charged at € 0,50 per kWh); bed and bathroom linen (towels' change in the course of the week), housekeeping service twice a week (Saturdays included). To be set aside and upon arrival, the final cleaning fee of € 200,00. Security deposit € 700,00.

La villa è molto bella e bene arredata.
Posizione invidiabile pieds dans l’eau.
Interni di design molto curati, moderni e funzionali. Accesso diretto al mare con molta privacy. Ampio giardino a terrazze. Dependance di fascino con vista impagabile.
