Villa Luritu Luxury Pool Tricase by HDSalento

My family group recently stayed at Villa Luritu, it is just wonderful and comfortably accommodated us all. The villa is full of rustic Southern Italy character, fully equipped, with spacious rooms all with private facilities. The outside areas are fabulous with plenty of shade but also the wonderful pool for lazy days in the sun. The gardens provided freshly picked lemons (and oranges when ripe) and the chickens provided fresh eggs for breakfast. The goats were just so cute and entertaining. The villa location is perfect for wandering into the picturesque and delightful town of Tricase. Plenty of places to eat and drink, although we used the barbeque at the Villa most nights as the outside dining with views over the countryside is better than most restaurants! The Gelato (ice cream) shop, 100 metres from the villa, was visited regularly too. Trips to Lecce, Tricase Porto and swimming in the crystal waters at the bridge at Ponte Ciolo are worthwhile, but the Villa is so welcoming that we spent most of our time there, just enjoying everything that Tricase has to offer. As previous reviewers say, the holiday is made special by the host, Gerardo. He is incredible, very helpful, brought us treats, homemade goods, and was always available when we needed something. I highly recommend this property to all groups. You won’t regret it!
