Villa Le Macchie

Casa molto grande, oltre le aspettative, le foto non rendono l'idea, comoda, fresca, BEN RECINTATA PER CHI HA CANI DA TENERE LIBERI, bella posizione panoramica anche se un po' lontana dalle spiagge principali, bella la terrazza per cene esterne con vista sul mare, internamente molto spaziosa, ottima per 7 persone, adattabile per 8 come eravamo noi, molto gradita la piscina con lettini e ombrellone, servizi completi come lavastoviglie, lavatrice e cucina ben fornita, frigo tipo americano a disposizione. Elio e la figlia molto cordiali e accoglienti, presenti ma non invadenti pronti a rispondere ad ogni richiesta. Consigliata per una bella vacanza in Salento, ci torneremo sicuramente .

a trovare il pelo sull'uovo si può dire che l'entrata e il parcheggio sono un po' scomodi ma non è stato di certo un problema.

Great house to explore the area. Can walk down to a rocky beach for a swim but sandy beaches are a short drive away. The small pool at the house is nice to cool off in after a hot day. Car is necessary for shopping and to go to larger beaches with facilities. Nearby Torre Vado has great gelato and a seaside promenade for an evening walk. Santa Maria de Leuce is larger and is also lovely for an evening stroll. Kitchen is well-equiped and the is space to eat outside in the shade under a large umbrella or indoors. Bedrooms have air conditioning as well as fans so sleeping was comfortable. Impressed by local recycling efforts and the owners provided all the necessary bins and information so we were able to help keep the area clean. There is a water bottle refilling station in Santa Maria de Leuce where for a few cents per litre we could refill our water bottles (sparkling and flat water available). This cut down on the number of plastic bottles we bought over the week.
