Masses of places to visit including water falls. Bird watching. Kite surfing castles museums. Local restaurants serving pizza paella an d tapas. Further afield lovely Indian Nepalese restaurant as you enter denia. You are better off with a car but bus stop no more than five minute walk away with regular times. Beach is one minute walk. Or relax in the lovely secure garden all facilities are there including good WiFi. Would recommend this lovely house X

Sehr nette Besitzerin die auf einen im Haus wartet um alles zu zeigen. Kommunikation mit ihr persönlich klappt einwandfrei. Auch mit Hilfe des Google Übersetzers. Zum Strand 30m. Schönes Grundstück auch für Kinder zum Spielen, Außenküche, Carport, alles sehr gut. Grüße an Frau Lopez!

Ist ein super Bungalow man hatte alles was man brauchte. Tolles Objekt um entspannen zu können. Frau Lopez ist eine sehr nette Vermieterin die auch öfters mal nachfragte ob alles ok ist. Strand ist ca. 50 Meter entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ( Lidl) ca.3 Kilometer.

Die Nähe zum Strand ist einfach unschlagbar. Das Haus ist ausreichend groß, sauber und alles vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und auch in dem gepflegten Garten sehr gerne morgens auf der Terrasse unseren ersten Kaffee ☕️ getrunken. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und herzlich!!

Es una zona muy tranquila, ideal para estar en la playa y descansar. Desde la casa se escucha el sonido del mar. Ideal para familias. Mi perra y mi gata estuvieron muy a gusto. La dueña muy atenta.

Wir (Paar mit zwei Hunden) hatten einen super Urlaub. Das Haus liegt strandnah (ca. 30m) und im grossen Garten hat man fast den ganzen Tag Sonne. Uns und den Hunden hat es sehr gut gefallen. Ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt. Drei Parkplätze, zwei überdachte Terrassen und Aussengrill. Unkomplizierte Hausübergabe. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Das Haus war perfekt für unsere Ferien. Komplett eingezäunt, sodass es auch für unseren Hund viel ausbruchssicheren Freilauf gab. Das Haus hat alles was man benötig, um schöne und gemütliche Ferien zu machen. Der Strand ist nur ein paar Schritte vom Haus entfernt. Er lädt zum Sonnen und gemütlichen Spaziergängen ein. In der Nebensaison sehr wenige Personen am Strand. Wir wurden von der Vermieterin herzhaft empfangen und auch sehr gut betreut. Für uns ein absolutes Muss dort wieder Ferien zu machen.

La casa es espectacular, muy acogedora y cómoda, hemos estado muy a gusto. La cocina en el porche es una maravilla. La dueña, Mari Carmen, es muy amable y atenta. Y el detalle de bienvenida, estupendo. Sin duda, lo recomiendo, y mi familia y yo volveremos seguro! Si hay algo que se puede mejorar, es que la playa admita animales en temporada de verano, pero Mari Carmen ahí poco puede hacer 😅

Een weekje weg geweest in de prachtige omgeving van Denia. Bij aankomst werden we vriendelijk opgevangen door de eigenaresse die ons daarna door het huisje heeft geleid. Alle communicatie met de eigenaresse die enkel spaans spreekt was perfect door middel van google translate. Ze reageert altijd binnen zeer korte tijd. Het huisje ligt letterlijk enkele meters van het prachtige strand. en met een grote buiten keuken en mooie gazon is het heerlijk vertoeven. De tuin is compleet afgesloten dus ideaal voor kinderen. Er zijn een paar leuke restaurantjes op loop afstand en de Lidl is 5 minuten rijden. het prachtige en toeristische Denia ligt een 15 kilometer ver en Valencia is een uurtje rijden. Mochten we nog eens naar Valencia toe moeten zal ik dit huisje weer huren. Mari Carmen, bedankt voor de fijne week die we in je huis mochten hebben.

Sehr sauber,Ausstattung alles vorhanden was man braucht.Perfekte Lage nur 10 Schritte vom Meer entfernt.Hunde dürfen in der Nebensaison mit an den Strand.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten /Restaurants in der Nähe.Sehr nette Vermieterin wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Sehr schönes sauberes Haus, toller Garten und der Strand keine 50m entfernt. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet um sich selbst zu versorgen, es gibt aber auch gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Wir haben mit unserem Hund eine traumhafte Woche hier verbracht und werden bestimmt wieder kommen. Super nette und zuvorkommende Vermieterin.

nous avons passés 2 semaines chez Carmen la maison est comme décrite sur le site , bien entretenue , la cuisine bien agréable pour cuisiner dehors( nous avons fait une paella avec les ustensiles c 'etait super bien) , la plage vraiment à coté, et la mer et super bien. ce n est pas la peine de vous encombré de vos affaire de plage tous et à disposition .et Carmen et bien à l'écoute . le seul bémol c est la télèvision trop vielle a notre gout année 1990 . mais a à part ça tout etait bien .dénia est une bonne destination à refaire et encore merci Carmen et à bientot

Bonjour, Nous avons séjourné à 6 personnes (4 Adultes, 2 grands enfants ) dans cette maison à Denia l'an passé pour deux semaines début Aout. Très bien accueilli par la propriétaire. La maison est tout simplement géniale très proche de la plage qui était immense et propre (sympa pour les planches et kyte surf). Nous avons aimé profiter de l’extérieur avec la belle terrasse située sur le coté de la maison .. l'intérieur est également impeccable .. La location est bien située pour se reposer c'était assez calme .. nos voitures étaient à l'abri sans regrets très bonnes vacances

ous avons passé 6 semaines dans cette magnifique maison.A quelques mètres de la plage de sable fin, une maison magnifiquement décorée avec un goût certain. Un endroit très calme ou il fait bon se ressourcer La propriétaire est plus que gentille et serviable. Une très belle région a découvrir entre mer et montagne. Un climat magnifique, un ciel souvent bleu et un soleil radieux Nous partons chaque années plusieurs fois en vacances et changeons à chaque fois de région, mais nous nous sommes tellement bien plu dans cette maison que nous avons réservé pour l'an prochain et cette fois pour deux mois N'hésitez pas à réserver vous ne serez pas déçu que du contraire, vous serez enchantésN

Wir waren nun schon das Zweite mal dort . Einfach nur herrlich !Das Ambiente stimmt ,sehr sauber ,alles vorhanden was man braucht. Verpflegung kein Problem Supermärkte reichlich vorhanden . Auch kleine Märkte in der Umgebung bieten alles ! Denia, allemal eine Reise wert. Und das Meer direkt vor der Haustür , was will man mehr . Sehr netter Kontakt zur Vermieterin ! Wir kommen wieder !

Cette maison a comblé toutes nos attentes et même plus. La cuisine d'été et je jardin sont un vrai bonheur, l'équipement de la maison est très complet. La localisation était idéale pour nous, dans une impasse, à 15 mètre de la plage de sable fin. Une très bonne adresse !!! Remarque: la maison se situe tout près du chenal planche à voile, si vous pratiquez c'est idéal ! Un grand merci à la propriétaire pour sa gentillesse et son attention.
